You are buying a true 1965 Pontiac GTO not a clone. This GTO is fully documented by the pontiac historical society. I do have a copy of the original window sticker along with a binder containing all documents and receipts that have been transferred from previous owners. My records date back to the 1980's. This car is a true survivor, yes it does have a few features that are not original to the car but you would not be disappointed in any way with this car. To my knowledge this is a numbers matching car. The changes that I am aware of are: the orginal intake was a 4 barrel and now has a 6 pack, I've been told that the center console this car has was not available until 1967 but I have no documentation that show's it was ever changed so you can make that call. This car is nearly perfect, the interior looks brand new, the paint is great, the glass is all in great condition, all chrome is in great condition. The car runs and drives like it did 50 years ago. The only flaw I can tell you about is a small spot in the paint on the lower front corner of the passenger door.
