The 1974 GTO is the rarest built, with only 7058 total---5335 coupes, 1723 hatchbacks and only 2848 automatic coupes. This particular GTO has been professionally, frame-off restored. All of the frame and suspension components were blasted, primed, and painted with POR-15. All new rubber bushings and poly body bushings, new brakes, steering parts and shocks. It is in its original Bucaneer Red paint with red bucket seat interior. It is all new and professionally installed and has never been smoked in. The dash has the clock option. It has the tilt column. It has a very nice Kenwood sound system with a 750w amp mounted in the trunk with Kicker speakers under the package tray, and tweeters in the console and kick panel speakers. The system has removable front, cd, Sirius, and HD ready. All of the glass is either new or very nice with only minor scratches on original 41 year old pieces. This is a factory a/c car and it works well. The body is very straight and there are no signs of damage or rust. The paint is a strong 9 out of 10. There are no chips, dings, scratches or swirl marks. There is a very small area on the trunk of spider web. All of the chrome is like new. The stainless trim around the windows and wheel wells is excellent. The rocker trim looks nice but there are a few minor bumps. All of the rubber seals have been replaced It has the Rally II wheels with almost new radials. It has p.s., p.b.—front disc. It has a fresh 1971, 400 engine with less than 5000 miles. All iron block with 3 angle valve job, port matched heads with Edlebrock Performer intake with Quadrajet. Comp Cams cam with .454 lift and Hooker headers, 2 ½” pipes to Flowmasters. It has a Turbo 350 automatic with stock shifter and B & M raceshift kit, 2000 stall converter and 3.08 gears. This car has won multiple first place awards and Best of Show. This beautiful, correct, Burgandy Red car was painted with with high quality PPG Deltron basecoat-clearcoat, and looks amazing. There are no chips, dings, or scratches. All of the glass is excellent; no scratches or pitting. The windshield looks new. All of the sideglass has original markings. The rear window looks new and is Softray. All of the bumper chrome is perfect. Headlight trim is perfect. The tail panel section is perfect. The black interior with buckets seats is like new. The carpet, seats, headliner, package tray all have been redone. The dash is showroom nice. All of the correct gauges work perfectly, as does the factory AM radio. It is powered by a 400 c.i. engine with 3x2’s, and is mated to a 4-speed with a Hurst shifter. It has beautiful Rally I wheels and rings with redline radials. The underside is nicely painted black and very clean. The rear is a posi-traction. It has dual exhaust with Flowmasters. It has power steering and has been upgraded to front disc brakes. Pontiac Trans Am Daytona 500 Pace Car. Picked for Daytona because they were strong enough to maintain high speeds and offered the audiences something exciting to look at. Pontiac only made 2500 of this particular 1983 Daytona 500 Pace Car. This is one of only 520 of them being 5 speed manuals. This was also the first year of the complete ground effect package and was only available on the Daytona 500. This Pace Car comes with all the bells and whistles including T-Tops, A/C (there but not currently working), remote mirrors, power trunk release, cruise control and the Recaro suede and leather seating package. This car was stored in a heated garage for the last 15 years, so it is in very good condition for its age. Coming out of storage we wanted it right so we replaced: tires, battery carburetor, mufflers, fuel pump, radiator, water pump & all hoses and timing chain. All new quality parts. The exterior of this car is in good original condition with good shine to the paint. Wheels are original turbine wheels, but no AERO caps. The tires are brand new. All glass is clear with no chips or crack, including the t-tops. All lights and marker lights work as they should. Retractable headlights operate as they should too. Overall a great driver quality car. Please look at the pictures and let me know if you have any questions. The interior of the car is 100% original and is unmolested. Showing some wear on side bolster of drivers seat but otherwise good condition for 32 years old. All power options work as they should and the Recaro seats are comfortable. There are 2 minor cracks on dash pad but otherwise dash and door panels are original, have no cracks and have not been cut for aftermarket speakers, etc. The drive-train is original 305 with carburetor. It starts right up and runs strong. Its has a 5-speed manual transmissions that is tight and shifts good. 5-speed makes the car fun to drive. Posi rear was just inspected and serviced. All drive-train components are all road worthy. Just had new dual exhaust installed with aftermarket mufflers that sound good.
