Posi Traction rear end The car runs fine and has no problems passing inspection. Always starts right up. After putting in to gear it will one time act like it wants to die. After 1 rev it straightens outs. Never has any issues at long lights or stop and go traffic. New 700r4 transmission did have one issue and I took it to a place to get it fixed. Catches all gears fine now. I believe the rear defroster doesn't work, hood struts could use a replacement ($30) and ac doesn't blow cold (probably needs recharged). Odometer reads 107k but it had problems a while back and was swapped for a working one. Actual mileage is 169k. It shows odometer exempt on the title (due to age). Horn is wired to a push button on the dash. There's a few scratches on driver's side window, and some ground affects could use a tighter seal. Also doors sometimes require a hard push, but they always close fine. That's the only minuses I can think of. Headlights pop right up, wipers work, all lights work ...feel free to ask any questions. In 1989 The Trans Am GTA was faster than a Mustang GT and Camaro Iroc and much better looking in my opinion. It was also the fastest USA production car of 1989 and the last year it was used at Indy although that was the V6 Turbo one. It was Also the 20th Anniversary of Trans Am. It has the same L98 Engine used in the C4 Corvettes and it runs strong. Car comes with several extras (stock manifolds, leftover paint (with the paint code), original stereo, original speakers, receipts on work done to it, Haynes repair manual and other miscellaneous. Also including a DuPont Car Cover with it. Between that cover and my parent's garage, the car has never seen snow or rain since restoring. In 4 years time of owning, I have put about 15k in to this car. I have family problems though and it needs to be sold, definitely not a want. Always gets a lot of attention at shows. Beautiful, original 1971 Pontiac Lemans Sport coupe. This car needs absolutely nothing to be driven and enjoyed now. Reliable enough to drive absolutely anywhere. If you don't want to spend another $10k on the GTO-version of this car, this might be the option for you. This is an original Florida car, thus the reason it's so clean. Highlights: * All numbers matching * Original sheetmetal car, including quarters, trunk, and floor pans. Frame is perfect with no rust/repairs. * Original buildsheet included(not a PHS copy) verifying all options and colors * Excellent and correct colors (Lucerne Blue paint, white top, blue interior) * Correct bucket seat/column shift car (indicative of the "sport" model) * Cold working Air Conditioning * Power steering, Power brakes * Complete set of 1971 Pontiac Shop manuals (body and chassis) and owner's manual included. * Complete set of 4 blue matching "Pontiac" factory style floor mats in excellent shape included. * Added "good stuff" includes a brand new gas tank, new shocks, new underhood chrome pieces, "Judge" wing painted to match, new 15" Pontiac Rally II wheels, trim rings and center caps, like new BFG Radial TA tires, new Flowmaster exhaust system for that one-of-a-kind muscle car sound, and New-In-Box dash cap (even though it doesn't need it). All of the glass is in great shape, and all windows roll up and down easily. The car starts easily, idles perfectly and drives even better than it looks. Lights, wipers, horn, signals all work--even the overhead light and key buzzer still work! Straight bumpers in good original condition. Interior in nice original condition, including upholstery, door panels, carpet, dash, and headliner. Primary flaw is a tear in the driver's seat bottom (and sadly, the factory AM radio has bitten the dust--RIP, transistor trash!). All gauges work, and the dash is very clean. Also included are the original valve covers, hub caps, and air cleaner. Paint and body are in excellent condition as seen in the pics. White vinyl top is in near perfect condition and really sets off the car. No rust, no body work, and no paint work needed! Very few flaws overall--all are minor; overall condition is excellent. Not a museum piece, and not priced like one. It is really hard to find a documented, numbers-matching, original-metal classic car with cold A/C in great colors that's ready to drive for any price on ebay, much less one in the $15k price range. Do some shopping around and you'll see what I mean. This is a beautiful driver that can be driven or shown proudly that won't require a bunch of money be sunk into it and make you wonder what you got yourself into. This would make a great birthday, anniversary, or early Christmas present for that special car enthusiast in your life. I can also help arrange delivery to your front door if you need that. 1977 Pontiac Trans am special edition (SE) Y81. PHS documented. It is beautiful! Black on black. Has the Pontiac 6.6 litre (400 ci) engine with an automatic transmission. Details: Rebuilt original engine- numbers matching with too much done to list it all. Original transmission- turbo 350 and shifts great. New 3:23 rear-end gears installed last year. I still have the original gears in a box that will come with the car in case you would like to put it back to original. Interior is in great shape. Original seats and door panels. They look amazing with minor flaws. The carpet and headliner are new. Original radio, 8 track and speakers. Original snow flake wheels, Jack and tire iron- 4 way tire iron in pic is not original. Original trunk mat- not reproduction. The steering wheel is original and looks great. I would give the interior a solid 8.0 to 8.5 out of 10. It is not perfect but looks really good. Exterior: Repainted a couple of years ago and looks beautiful. There are small imperfections due to small rock chips, small scratches , etc. It has a super nice paint job... just not what I consider show car quality. All glass is new -wearing the original green tent. T-tops look great, however... anyone that has owned a older t/a knows that they do rattle and leak a little. Dash clock and cruise control does not work. I am not sure about the 8 track tape player. I have never put a 8 track tape into the player to check it. This is a very beautiful car that I have owned for over 10 years. In my opinion, not too many look as good as this one. Please take a look at the oversized pictures. This car is extremely nice for it's age. I encourage anyone who is interested in the car to come look at it and inspect it. This is the only way you can truly see how beautiful and nice it is. Keep in mind though, it is not a trailer queen. I have taken it to many cruises and small car shows locally and it always draws a crowd! I was also fortunate enough to take it on the 2013 Bandit Run which was also very exciting. This is a fixed price auction. However, I am very open to serious offers. Please don't waste your time or my time with low ball offers. I am not going to give this car away. I have the title and it's free and clear.
