Heres an ultra rare piece of American history right here! Here is an absolutely GORGEOUS 1970 Pontiac Bonneville 455 Convertible! Arguably one of the best years for this car, it is the first year with the 455ci V8 putting out around 360hp! There were only a handful of Bonneville convertibles with the 455ci, and they are getting harder and harder to find each year! This is an exceptionally clean car, which what looks to have had an older restoration. Engine is believed to be the original engine, after thorough inspections. The odometer rolled over and is strongly believed to have 103k original miles! The body is laser straight, and the paint is in great condition! Weve touched up some imperfections, gave it a thorough clay bar and polish. It looks incredible in person! Chrome and stainless are also in fantastic condition overall, and shines beautifully! It has a BRAND NEW power convertible top, which operates fantastically! A/C blows ICE COLD! All rubber and weatherstripping is in good condition all around the car as well. The engine fires up instantly, and runs amazing! We cleaned the carburetor and performed an engine tune-up. It has power brakes, front disc brakes, power steering which make driving this car a dream. It handles beautifully, has responsive power, and comes to a halt when you hit the brakes. We couldnt verbally explain how nicely it drives, you would need to take our word for it. The interior is all in excellent shape, between the Ivory white leather interior, to the carpet, dash, steering wheel...all in phenomenal condition! 20" Dayton style wire wheels give it a retro look, and are outfitted with brand new tires. After driving it a couple days, we feel confident about just how reliable this Bonneville really is. You get certain feelings about classic cars, between how well maintained theyve been and their originality. This car was a cruiser, never looks to have been abused. A lot of money and detail went into the entertainment system of this car. Two JL audio subwoofers encased in a fiberglass enclosure and high profile speakers sound amazing to say the least. The car will honestly drive across country, we feel that confident about its dependability. Everything works on the car, from the gauges to the blinkers! Put the top down, start her up, and cruise her any day of the week, its that easy. Fender skirts are included as well.
