I have recently decided to put my beloved G8 up for sale. I promise you that you will not be disappointed with this car. I bought it new in October of 2008 from Mazzei's in Pittsburg California. Coming up to the 7 year marker. It currently has 67,xxx miles. Ignition Orange with 3m 1080 Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap on the hood, roof and trunk. There is custom paint under the vinyl as well (see pictures) I am a mechanic by trade, so all of the maintenance was performed by myself. Synthetic oil every 3k, Tranny serviced every 20k and the rear diff was serviced at 50k. I stopped driving the car in the rain 4 years ago. It has always been hand washed, never through a machine with mechanical brushes. ALWAYS garaged. I love this car to death and ever since I've had it up for sale, nobody can believe I am parting ways with it. It definitely gets a lot of attention. On any given day, whether at a stop light, or a gas station, I get compliments on the car and how it sounds, which is pretty loud, let me tell you. I have some new SLP Powerflo mufflers in the attic that I will give you, but the current setup is Kooks 1 7/8" Longtubes, Kooks 3" catted X pipe and SLP Loud mouth's which are essentially muffler deletes. There is no excessive wear on any of the interior components. The cam and all supporting mods (DoD Delete components, upgraded valve springs, LS7 lifters, Melling Oil pump, Hardened pushrods etc. ) were done roughly 15,000 miles ago. All installed professionally. The car was then taken to Synergy Motorsports to have the engine and transmission tuned. The car is loaded, heated leather, power everything . . . I am really sad to see this car go, but it's time to move on to something else. If the buyer is interested, I also have a F1A Procharger that was going to go on the car, prior to me deciding to sell it. It has the upgraded head unit, upgraded 3 core intercooler, upgraded big red race valve, upgraded ATI Super Damper, Ortiz Customs three Gauge A-pillar Pod and a intake tube that reroutes the air cleaner from over the engine to the front of the car which will ultimately lower IAT's and increase horsepower. The car is a blast and I hope whoever the lucky winner is, appreciates the car as much as I have over the years. We can work out a deal if you are interested in the blower along with the car.
