1985 Pontiac Trans Am Pro Street Project, been backhalved with ford 9" rear.. Has 35 spline axles. No center section and tin work needs to be done.. About the car it's been a 1 owner car still have original title from 1986.. Car also has original 18119 miles on it.. Car was a original 5 speed car.. Under the hood still looks like new also.. Car does have a few dings in it here and there and hood has a dent.. It's a project that wouldn't take much to have a bad ass.. Pro Street or straight out Drag car.. Still have factory dash and wore harness.. Only reason for selling and not finishing is I lost my storage and have 7 car I need to find homes for.. I'm setting a buy it now with offers.. And open to any reasonable offers, but the cost of the back half and roll cage was more then I'm asking for the whole car.. This car is being sold as a roller, which means no engine or trans.. Also being sold as a project as tin work needs to be finished and needs center section.. Any questions feel free to ask.. Pontiac : Firebird 1969 69 pontiac firebird 400 4 speed project car

Up for auction is a original 1969 Pontiac Firebird 400 4 speed car, that came with power front disc brakes, power steering, 10 bolt posi-traction rear end, and hood tach as some of the options. Exterior color of car was originally midnight green with dark green interior, with a wood grain 4 speed console. I bought this car in 1993. At that time it needed a full restoration however it did run and drive and the engine was rebuilt. The restoration was started in 1993 with full disassembly of the car. Floors were replaced, front end was all rebuilt with all new brakes, bushings, and bearings on the front suspension. New brake lines, new rear suspension bushings, and the underside was sprayed with POR 15. The engine got painted, and the Muncie 4-speed got refreshed, new clutch and pressure plate was installed. The body was media blasted then epoxy primed and prepped for the body work to start. Unfortunately this is where the work stopped on the car. It sat in the garage at this stage for many years, then it was forced out of the garage and has sat outside the last few years. The car comes with new front and rear chrome bumpers, rocker panels, 400 hood, a front fender patch panel, and more new parts that where bought for the car. The car is pretty solid, floors are good, the original trunk floor is still good, and the frame rails are solid. It will need quarter panels, rocker panels which are included, a upper dash panel, fenders and doors need body work, one spot on the roof as shown in pictures. The M21 Muncie 4 speed and the rear end are original numbers matching to the car, and the 400 block is a original 1969 block but not numbers matching to the car. Has a clear NY state registration.
