Please read: This a 1963 Pontiac Bonneville 6 Passenger Wagon for Restoration or Very Rare Parts Car, Engine is a 400 ci running motor (see below) w/2bbl, Hydramatic Transmission, Factory dual exhaust, It has the rare complete TI ignition and is heavily optioned. Vehicle has been documented by Pontiac Historical Society buyer will receive all documentation. VEHICLE WAS IN STORAGE since 1994 the car in the State of Washington with clean title now located in South Florida. The motor with starter fluid or gas in carb but the tank needs to be dropped and flushed and carburetor rebuilt. The brakes were frozen and Master Cylinder needed to be rebuilt. Wheel drums are good and all brake parts that were restored or purchased will go with sale of car. The floors and rockers are SOLID. There is a small hole in the spare tire well in the rear spare well and there are small rust holes in the lower front fenders and front rear qtr panel but inner wells and fine and so is cross member the holes are an easy patch the rest is surface rust, Power windows and Safari lift gate work. The Wagon has brand new tires and has the very hard to find 8 Bolt Catalina Rims. This is a very good wagon for a restoration with all the rare options or a great parts car and parts are readily available for the car. Chrome and brightwork are in good shape. The front bench seat was also changed by the previous owner, it now has a Cadillac font bench, rest of interior is original. The Glass is original tinted and in great shape. Need 500 dollar deposit on close of auction balance paid in 7 days. The damaged rear qtr can be replaced and are available for 63 from Classic to Current Fabrication and the lens and chrome are also easy to find. Relocating to the West Coast I have to sell the wagon. It does need a complete restoration or turn it into a customized car. Your choice if you buy it. I have had it for a number of years with the hopes of finally getting around to restoring it and adding it to our collection, but there are still a number of cars that we are restoring ahead of it and I don't see it happening for years. The car is all there from what I can see and if you don't see something outside the car it is probably stored inside the car. It needs a complete restoration, so obviously that includes mechanical components and the interior. As with any car auction the reserve is private so any and all emails asking what it is will just be deleted. It is a 56 year old used car sold as is / where is, with no warranties. Some basic answers to some basic questions : Car is stored in FL presently and any and all parts you do not see on the outside of the car are stored inside the car. YES the floors are solid and NO there are no holes anywhere on the car that I have found. The car spent it's life in the rust free and salt free Western US. Since it is not a newly restored car you can assume that there is some form of rust somewhere just like you would find on any 56 year old car. YES the frame is solid - see above. Car was from out west where they do not use salt on the roads, then it was parked and sat not driven for over 40 years. Any rust you see on the paint is just surface flashing from the original sunbaked paint/ primer fading away. The car has been off the road for 40 years, so no, you can't drive it home. No, I haven't tried to start it or drive it. YES I have the title for it. The car needs a COMPLETE restoration however since it is rare, it is well worth the cost.
