Completely restored every nut and bolt. Rotisserie, everything new.290 new pieces, all numbers correct on body no added panels.Built according to fender tag.a true 4 speed console car,A true DANA 60 410 rear end car.show condition.Motor all new.pistons, crank, purple 528 cam.rods, lifters everything in trany also new. No!, used parts in motor or trany.Dyna matt front and back.Seam sealer like factory on all seems.new heater core.New suspension front and back.New glass chrystler stamped correct.all hoses and lines mopar date coded.I did use one exsaust manifold from 1972 because origanel was cracked and did not think welding it would be suffeciant for this build. This is a true 440 car but motor is dated to last month of 67 and this car was born first part of 68.trany is correct though. Not sure if chrystler used newly built motors left over from 67 in first cars of 68.all other componetys on vehicle are correct.i did everything possible to build this car date correct because it was going in my collection with my other three mopars until my health went south. all my family and I thought it was time to sell everything and spend my time healing and not stressing over all the lagistices involved in building show correct cars.So someone will be getting a real nice car with some serious power.I have 2 inch binder with all receipts and over a hundred pictures of the complet build and they will all go with car, have the instruction manuals that come with the car from the dealer.have blow apart manual of 1968 satalite also. This car was just finished 12 days ago so its a really fresh restoration. call or text for more imfo 904 806 2564 Capt.Roy

This very clean and solid 1967 Plymouth Belvedere Convertible has had the same owner for 19 years. Everything on this car has been gone through and made like new. There is zero rust on this car. It has the 360ci 390hp Magnum V8 “crate” with a Demon 4bbl carburetor, hooker headers, MSD electronic ignition, with less than 5k on the motor. The engine is paired up with a 727 Torque flight automatic transmission w/ 2,800 Hughes stall speed converter, a Dana 60 rear end with 3.73 gears and dual exhaust with Flow Master 40 series mufflers. All in all a very nice, hard to find Mopar convertible that you don’t see very often.

Original dealer invoice; factory broadcast sheet; factory "recall " letter from 1968; original "Certicard"; original Operating and Warranty manual; original build quality "punch card." Here is a chance to own a huge part of Mopar history. The 1968 Plymouth GTX was introduced as the Belvedere GTX in 1967 by the Plymouth division of GM to be a "gentleman's muscle car". The GTX was to be an exceptional blend of style and performance. What differentiated it from a normal Belvedere was its special grille and rear fascia shared with the Satellite as well as mock hood scoops and optional racing stripes. The '68 GTX is sporting it's original Super Commando 440 CID V8 that is linked to a 4-speed manual transmission putting power to the ground through the "Super-Grip" differential. Beautiful exterior color of Sunfire Yellow really pops and is very nicely complimented by the black vinyl top, black interior, black side-body stripes and hood accents. Inside, the black bucket seats with center console and four speed shifter, original AM Radio and rear speaker and crank-style roll-up windows gives you that true muscle car feel. This '68 GTX truly lives up to its reputation as a "luxury hot rod" with the addition of power steering. Old-school, original suspension setups are fun! Body roll and some unpredictability make it far more of a "driving" experience on a twisty road. Any under steer can be remedied with the gas pedal and the power steering assist which helps manhandle the beast through the corners. The addition of "period correct" Cragars and radial tires also help in the handling department and give this beauty a true muscle car stance. The original factory "chrome road wheels" come with the car for the purists that might take interest. Options include: power steering (added), seat belts, vinyl interior, center console, rear speaker, factory tinted windshield, and aluminum/alloy wheels wrapped in radial tires. This classic American muscle car is ready to hop in and cruise to the local drive-in! These highly collectable cars are getting harder and harder to find. Do not miss this RARE chance to own one!

1970 Plymouth GTX This is a 1970 Plymouth Satellite that has been restored as a GTX.It has a 440 with a 4speed installed. The engine has been completely gone through and I have the paperwork. The body and paint work are rotisserie level. The car has so many new parts it is hard to list them all.It has new brake lines, fuel tank, exhaust, suspension components, upgraded brakes, booster, master, all gauges are new and functional, and the radio even works. The interior is in perfect condition. Please look at the pictures closely. The pictures actually don't do this car justice. It is much nicer in person. I only had a few more things to do but decided I needed to sell before I could finish the GTX. It still needs the hood painted(black Stripe), the GTX correct grill,wheels,4speed lower transmission cover, and the emblems. It has about 1 miles since its restoration and has not been driven on the road. If you have any questions feel free to call or text.260-348-2176.NO DISAPPOINTMENTS.

LITTLE C'S CUSTOM RESTORATION This stunning completely restored 1968 Plymouth Belvedere GTX Convertible is up for grabs. The Plymouth GTX was introduced as the Belvedere GTX in 1967 by the Plymouth division to be a “gentleman's” muscle car. The GTX was to be an exceptional blend of style and performance. What differentiated it from a normal Belvedere was its special grille and rear fascia, shared with the Satellite, as well as mock hood scoops, chrome fuel filler cap and optional racing stripes. Start the engine on this 1968 GTX convertible and listen to the roar of the magnum 440 with 4 speed manual floor shifter, tachometer and numbers matching. Steal one glance down the exterior you will find the car's rock solid body, coated with a bright blue metallic paint along with a white body stripe and white vinyl power convertible top. As you cruise along singing to your favorite oldies on your AM Radio be certain you will ride in comfort on the center front bucket seats. These beautiful seats are a radiant white vinyl accompanied by a bright blue interior on door panels and carpeting for an excellent appearance. Power flows to the pavement through bright blue metallic, which spin the classic look of redlines. Very detailed dedication has been used to maintain original style as manufactured in April 1968. Financing available with approved credit. Please feel free to contact me for more information regarding this beauty. I can be reached at 573-754-0371.

2009: The car was totally restored to factory specs at the concourse level, and would go on to win Concourse Gold at the Muscle Car and Corvette Nationals in Chicago later that year. This fine example of a "69 Plymouth GTX is a true numbers matching (original) drivetrain, as is shown in the pictures. The car comes with the original build sheet, which has been de-coded by MOPAR guru Galen Govier. It came from the factory with manual steering, manual brakes, 4speed, and Track Pak - she was built for speed! 2010: I bought the car on October 23, 2010. The paint was standing up nicely, and the engine compartment, trunk, and underside looked just as good. The motor had been totally rebuilt in 2009, and had approximately 750 miles on it. The interior was a different story. It was done nicely, but in my opinion was the weak spot on the car. It wouldn't be for long... 2011: Ken Mosier, and his crew at The Finer Details stripped the interior, and restored it to like new condition. It was treated to new foam and seat covers from Legendary Interiors, dash and arm rests re-covered by Just Dashes, new carpet, headliner, door cards, window cranks, package tray, and a new center console. A new windshield and back window were also installed. And while it was there, I had Ken's paint and body experts re-gap the the hood, fenders, trunk lid and doors to perfection. 2013: Due to a bad cam bearing I was forced to take the motor apart. I had the muscle car motor heads at AutoMotion (Bloomington, Il) rebuild the motor. Everything is new, with the exception of the crank, which had never been turned. The motor is all stock except: the addition of a stronger cam - Comp Cams (Part# 21-227-4), and electronic ignition, and stainless steel valves. The motor currently has about 500 miles on it. During this time, I added a Center Force II dual friction clutch, an Auto Meter tach, Auto Meter oil pressure gauge, and new radial tires. 2014: I just spent $1,000.00 on the exterior, getting it ready for a show. My finishing guy spent 4 days on the paint, chrome, and stainless, including a full clay bar, three different polishing levels, glaze, and wax. There are virtually no scratches on the clear coat. The paint looks like a sheet of glass. The car is show ready... 11/08 - added a picture of the fender tag. Kind of hard to make out, so I will give you the pertinent information:First Row E86 - 440 super commando motor rated @ 375 hp D21 - A833 4-speed manual transmission RS23L9G177204 - car line, body type, engine, model year, assembly plant, sequential number Second Row R6 - Roof Paint: Scorch Red R6 - Body Paint: Scorch Red P - Trim Grade: Premium 6 - Front Seat: Vinyl Buckets S - Interior: Pewter & Black A4 - Upper Door Frame Paint: Silver B27134468 - Scheduled Production Date, Vehicle Order Number Third Row A33 - Track Pak C16 - Woodgrain Console C55 - Bucket Seats M21 - Mouldings: Drip Rail M33 - Mouldings: Body Side R11 - Radio: Music Master AM Fourth Row V6W - Stripe: White Longitudinal Sport (is not currently on car) 26 - Radiator: 26" Width END - End of Fender Tag FYI...there has been a question about the stamping on the transmission. As far a I can tell it is an over stamp that was probably done at the plant. The bottom # PP83326480274 decodes like this: PP = Plant New Process883 = 883 4-speed2648 = Chrysler's 10,000 day calendar - Sunday October 27, 19680274 = Sequence number, the 247th unit built that day Check out maxwedge.com/articles/10k.php if you are curious. The # stamped over (instead of under as was usual) is the Vin#. Looking at the picture I can make out RS (a very faint 2) 3 L9G1772 (a very faint 0) 2 The Scheduled Production Date of the car according to Galen Govier's decode is Wednesday November 27, 1968. The dates are 1 month apart - within the usual 6 week timeline used for #s matching. Good question... My 1969 Plymouth GTX is a very nice quality piece that can be shown, as well as driven. As you can see in the pictures, the engine bay, trunk, and underside of this car are all highly detailed. Scorch Red is a striking color, and I always get lots of compliments on the rare Pewter interior. The car looks great, and runs strong. It is one of the very best '69 GTX's you will find. I Also have a lot of receipts, including the most important ones - the motor rebuild, transmission, and rear end. I encourage anyone who is interested in this car to come and see it for themselves. I will be happy to take you for a ride, and let you inspect it. Features: - Scorch Red Exterior- Rare Pewter Interior - Matching #s 440ci - 375 hp Super Commando Engine - Matching #s A833 4 Speed Manual with Hurst Shifter- Matching #s 3.54:1 Dana 60 Rear End - Magnum 500 Wheels- Manual Steering - Manual Brakes- Hood Stripe Delete Options: - A33 Track Pac - C16 Wood Grain Console- C55 Bucket Seats- R11 AM Radio
