This auction is for a WRECKED 2003 Chevy Silverado SS extended cab short bed pickup. It has the 345 horsepower 6.0L LS based V8 engine, automatic transmission and AWD drivetrain. Odometer shows 204,397 miles (as of auction listing). It has a SALVAGE Ohio title-not rebuilt. Black exterior that is in good shape for age and mileage, from the doors back. The black leather interior could use cleaned, but is also in good shape for age and mileage, with cracking/tears on driver side front seat bottom. As you can tell, this truck has been wrecked, and has front end damage. It is very likely there is some sort of frame damage from the accident, but I am not an expert. I bought this truck for the engine/drivetrain for another vehicle, and have since decided to cancel that project. Some of the damaged parts were removed in order to start the engine without damage, and all of those parts were placed in the bed of the truck. Most of the damaged parts not still attached to the front of the truck are also in the bed. The engine fired right up, and ran great-radiator and cooling fan damaged so engine was not ran for a long period of time. Truck will "lot drive" (slow speeds around parking lot) and could be taken down the road *at own risk* for test drive. All doors are rust free and in good shape. Bed has a small spot of surface rust on passenger side (looks like a paint chip that was neglected) but otherwise in great shape. Has a line X bedliner. Wheels all appear to be in good shape with no cracks or bends. Tires all have decent tread left, with more tread on the fronts-the passenger front tire appears to have some marks on it from accident, but holds air. All engine wiring is in tact, along with engine accessories and brackets. Would be a great donor vehicle or parts vehicle!!! Or I'm sure with enough time and knowledge, the truck could be repaired and back on the road?! Truck is located in Dayton, OH 45414. What you are viewing is a 1979 Ford F250 Ranger XLT 4x4. Yes, it has been restored. No, it is not a trailer queen. But it is VERY nice. Which is the original mileage. The body has been off the frame. The frame has been powder coated black. Along with all the other undercarriage components. Such as brackets, differential housings, etc. As I said prior the engine is a 460 4BBL which was rebuilt approx. 15,000 miles ago that was in another truck that I removed and installed in this truck when I restored it, which was about 400 miles ago. The transmission and axles have all been FRESHLY rebuilt with approx 400 miles on them. This is a highly optioned truck and is a very desirable truck. It would be hard to find another with these options and in this kind of condition. I do not mind answering any of your questions pertaining to the truck. I would appreciate your respect to me by not offering me some stupid offer. As if you follow these trucks, or have ever restored one of these trucks you know the cost and time involved in doing so. Even if you do all the work yourself. The mass majority of the parts used on this restoration are NOS Ford. Yes, there are a few aftermarket parts. This truck is ready to drive or show. 2008 GMC Sierra 1500 4WD Crew Cab SL truck in great shape for sale by original owner. Has been well kept and maintained (oil changes regularly, tune-ups, upholstery cleaning, car washing, etc.) - can tell by looking at the pictures. Looking to downsize to a smaller truck; I no longer have the need for one this big. Mileage is at 135,000. Clean title. Even have original window sticker to pass on explaining all of the accessories on this truck, including (but not limited to): 4.8L V8 Engine Automatic Transmission 4 Wheel Drive OnStar Safe and Sound Chrome accents all around Towing Package (front tow hooks, hitch, etc.) Air Conditioning AM/FM Stereo w/Single CD/MP3 Format Tilt Steering Cruise Control Had bedliner, rain guards and bug guard added at purchase.
