It all makes for a more comfortable ride (as expected) while maintaining an 8,700 pound towing capacity with the 5.4L engine and 3.73 limited slip rear end. Outside there is no mistaking the Blackwood; you will be surprised at how many people gawk at this truck! The most distinguishing feature has to be the bed with its burled black wood finish and aluminum inserts. The bed's floor is carpeted while the sides have stainless steel panels and factory neon lighting. There is nothing else like it! Truck comes with two sets of wheels and tires, one set of original chrome steel wheels with firestone tires and one set of painted steel wheels with new Cooper Discoverer Stt tires. Truck has a rebuilt salvage title. Truck was rebuilt 7000 trouble free miles ago Truck was rebuilt with all new GM parts with a new Gm frame put under it. Selling my 2003 Chevrolet One Ton Dually 4X4 This is one nice truck! Built to tow! LOW MILES! Silverado LS 4X4 (K3500) 83,500 miles. 8.1L Gas (Big Block 496 ci) Allison 5 speed automatic Original paint except for the front bumper, front fender flairs & hood. No rust, always stored indoors and used very little in winter. Folding hard Tonneau cover, Aluminum Tool, Box 8 ft Bed. Has Class V Trailer Hitch and Fifth Wheel Hitch in Box. Trailer Brake Controller included. Dual Batteries (less than one year old) New Muffler Newer Firestone Tires (TransForce HT) and Alcoa Eagle Wheels. Custom Painted Cowl Hood. Custom Stripes with Very Light Ghost Flames. Excellent truck for it's age!! Always very well maintained. Used mainly to pull a race car trailer to Kentucky, Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, etc. Always been very dependable. The rear seat has some slight marks on them. (they were there when I purchased it) Why pay $60-$80K for a new Dually if you only need to use it occasionally? This one is much less expensive and will do the job, while still in comfort and style! Truck is a 2006 Dodge Ram Mega Cab 4x4 with a 6 speed manual Transmission. Right around 129,000 miles on it. Not exactly sure but that should be within a few hundred miles. Blue book Value has this on the low end at 28,000 to the high end of 29,800 give or take a bit. I am the only owner of this vehicle. And unfortunately due to a bad leg and just having my ankle fused i can no longer drive a manual transmission vehicle cause i can not work the clutch with my foot anymore. I have just recently replaced the Flywheel, clutch, master and slave cylinder so it now shifts like its brand new off the lot. I ended up with a hole in the small hydraulic line between the master and slave cylinder so i just had it all replaced at once. Also just had new brakes put on all the way around. Thats pads, rotors, calipers on all 4 wheels. Also had the front axel u-joints replaced along with the wheel bearings.the 2 rear u joints on the rear drive shaft have been replaced with greasable ones. NO RUST at least that i have noticed. ISSUES with the vehicle - all of them are minor but i can still note them for youDriver side window is cracked ( it is triple laminated saftey glass so no need to worry about it falling apart or something like that)Skid plate was removed and not put back on as screws broke off instead of unscrewing ( plate is on floor in back of truck) this was because the 4x4 selector thing under the truck got stuck cause i never used 4 wheel drive. just needs to be reattached after screws that broke are removed. pretty sure i have replacement screws the driver side front seat has the padding wore out on it from daily use of getting in and out and has now have a small hole in the seatthe Recirculating door is broken ( this is a very very common problem with dodge trucks) right now it duck taped in place to bring in outside air instead of recirculating the inside air on the truck.And one of the vents in the front passenger side has the thing that changes the vent angle fell off ( still have the part just never got around to doing anything about it cause i was always on the drivers side just need to take 5 min to put it back on It also has its little dings and dents from parking lots and such as any vehicle does that is 8 years old.does have a few dings from Hail, not all over, Just about 5 or 6 that i can find but they can easily be fixed if you know what your doing. there is no paint cracking or anything like that with the dings either And the truck is DIRTY. I used this truck everyday all the time and have 3 kids so inside needs a really good cleaning.I am pretty sure that is it with the issues for the vehicle. but i have no problems with anyone wanting to come check it out if they want to.
