1984 Peterbilt 359 Dump Truck, 1984 Peterbilt 359 & 1986 Cherokel 39' round bottom end dump. 1984 Truck Motor Cummins 400 Formula, no engine blown by very strong 13 speed transmission shift as smooth as they come. 12,000 front axle overall components are as tight as they can get rear tandem. 390 ratio springs knee action type in good condition. It's heavy duty hydraulic pump system excellent condition. Two fuel tanks, Tire size: 11R24.5 in storage some weather deteriorated. Trailer-Cherokel 39' round bottom end dump heavy duty 5 stage hydraulic Ram system, swing open end gate, never being roll truck and trailer. A combination unit is a 25 ton plus pay load. My intention with this truck & trailer was to completely replace, rebuild, and repair any worn out or unsafe parts only for my personal expectation. So as it would be as reliable , dependable, dot safety, and perform along side the best. Front axle replacement parts left and right side per wheel, S Cam shaft, bushing, brake shoes, drums, inner and outer axle bearings, oil seals, brake lines, slack adjusters, drum stud,lower steering hose, motor belt, new maxis, water hose, new turbo etc. Tandem rear axle replacement parts on all axles, brakes parts are similar to same parts replaced on the front axle. Front third member completely rebuilt by axle transmission inc., specialist in truck drive train components. Rear third member thoroughly inspected, no major parts needed. Most U joints replaced on drive line hardware etc. Trailer-New parts are similar to the replacement parts as on the trucks front and tandem axles also with new air tank, brake control valves replaced hardware etc. I didn't mention all the under carriage replacement parts by name but for sure I've put thousands of dollars in parts in cash receipts and many mechanically hours rare but available. I also have documentation picture book with 185 pictures (8.5x11) showing proof of replacement parts and mechanic work as it was performed ultra leaving no room for doubt. If I had thought there was a slight doubt that the engine was not conditionally strong, it would have been the first major component I would have rebuilt or replaced first. This truck has been in storage before and after the repaired, rebuilt, replacement parts and still recently new windshield and battery, not one load on this truck has ever been hauled thereafter.
