This is a 1950 Packard Super with the 327 straight 8 and 3 speed manual trans. Car has Original ONLY 43,431 miles. Interior is in great condition and car has been garage kept for last 20+ years. Previous owner did a cheap Rustoleum roll on black paint in order to get Antique tags. Metal is solid but it does have minor right front fender damage. Car does need TLC. Rebuilt carb and fuel pump but wont stay running. Seems like a fuel starvation problem. Exhaust manifold where the exhaust pipe connects needs new studs. Brake job was started but not finished so I have the rest of the SS brake lines. All hoses and wheel cylinders were redone already but not filled up with fluid yet. I need room for my other projects for this coming summer so this one has to go. Hopefully to a good home.

I am selling my 1951 Packard 200 four door Standard trim sedan from my personal collection as I continue to downsize. This car is in great condition and is an actual low mileage survivor with only approximately 42,600 miles, although I continue to drive the car occasionally and the exact mileage may be slightly higher. The title reflects this as well. The interior is all original and is very well preserved for it's age showing some light wear and some marks from use. The interior is free from rodent damage or mold and does not smell odd as the car has been stored indoors. There are not any masking deodorizers. The former owner had the exterior of this car professionally repainted. The paint shows beautifully with a deep shine. Although not perfect, there are some very small defects that can only been seen when up very close to the paint to study it. The mirror like shine is evident from the pictures that I am posting. The chrome is great, however, the upper corners on the rear bumper show some thin spots from polishing. Additionally, there is a spot of chrome damage on the underside of the passenger side front bumper. There is also some dimples in the chrome grill surround near the top. It is not missing chrome or pitted, it simply has chrome over some dimples in the casting. The car has the 288 C.I. in line eight cylinder Packard engine with the Ultramatic automatic transmission. The engine runs smooth and powerful, especially on the highway. The transmission shift is smooth as can be seen in the video links. While the driving video may be shaking, it is only because the camera was sitting on the back of the seat when driving and it makes it look shaky. The ride is very smooth. The car is very clean and the trunk still has some of the original flocking in it. The points were removed and were replaced by the Pertronix ignition unit and seat belts were added for safer modern driving. The car currently wears WWW Coker radial tires All of the gauges work properly except the gas gauge which seems to stick at slightly over the 1/2 way mark when the car is filled up. The radio lights up but it doesn't make any sound. The seats and door panels are original and are in good shape. As you can see in the photographs, the underside of the car is in fantastic shape, This car is very clean, fun to drive and is turn key! This is not a restored car, or a used up car, it is a very nice example of a car as built. I have posted some videos of the car running and driving as well as a video of the interior and have tried to take good quality photo's for your review. I am a private collector and I am not a dealer. My feedback reflects the kind of seller that I am. While I like the car a lot and really enjoy driving it, any prospective buyer may not feel the same. I encourage any bidders to schedule an inspection prior to bidding. THE CAR IS BEING SOLD AS-IS, WHERE IS. If you need more pictures or to speak about the car, please call 267-374-1001. It is up to you to determine the condition of the car and you must rely on your own assessment of the vehicle before you choose to bid. If you have a feedback score of 5 or less, please contact me before bidding or we will be forced to cancel your bid. The winning bidder has up to three weeks to remove the car from the premises from the date that the title is transferred (upon clearance of funds at my bank). The car is for sale locally and I reserve the right to end the listing at any time. Be sure to check out my Youtube videos below to make sure you see that this is one great original car. GrantSchadle Store Featured is a Awesome 1950 PACKARD Series 50. I think they call this a sedan. It has a Rebuilt Engine a 288ci. Straight 8. with less than 160 miles on it. The car starts right up and sounds great. It has a rebuilt carb, Rebuilt Water pump, A New Battery. A 3spd. with overdrive. It does run & drive. It has 49, 581 original miles but is being driven short distances at present. The rebuilt engine has less than 160 miles on it.It has a clear Pennsylvania Title. The interior of the car speaks for itself. It has a very good body, Good trunk Floor, I did not see any rips, everything looks like it works fine. Tires are good, Brakes are good I cannot say enough about the good items on this vehicle. I have not seen a lot that needs work but there are a few things, 1 taillight does not work, windshield and drivers side window is cracked or has cracks, a small dent. It has a inspection sticker from 1968, The temp. gauge may not work correctly, The car was off till I finished taking the pictures and the gauge shows hot when off, The car DOES NOT get hot You can see that all the hard parts of making this car a show car has already been done. It needs paint & a few minor items. I am selling this for a friend & he is very meticulous in all aspects so you know you are getting quality in this 1. The parts that you see in the vehicle are NOT included in this listing but will be offered at a reasonable price to the person that purchases this Packard. And the rest will be offered on Ebay. If you see anything in the pictures please let me know and I will list after the car is purchased. This car is a beast, some refer it to the upside down claw foot bathtub. You will not find any for this price & condition anywhere so make your offers because it will not last and even though the price is more than fair we may be slightly negotiable. It is For Sale Locally on busy Route 901, so we do reserve the right to cancel this auction early. Please email me with any questions. Pick up is from zip code 17943. We will require a $100.00 pay-pal deposit with in 24 hours of the purchase, and the balance in cash, in person ,with in 10 days of purchase, unless other arrangements are made. Thank You for looking have a great day.

I have decided to sell my 1951 Packard 200 four door sedan from my personal collection. This car is in great condition and is an actual low mileage survivor with only 42,560 miles. The title reflects this as well. The interior is all original and is very well preserved for it's age showing some light wear and some marks from use - MOST IMPORTANT.... IT IS STINK FREE!! and no masking deodorizers. The former owner had the exterior of this car professionally repainted; showing beautifully with a deep shine. Although not perfect, the paint is pretty close. The chrome is great, however, the upper corners on the rear bumper show some thin spots from polishing. The car has the 288 C.I. in line eight cylinder Packard engine with the Ultramatic automatic transmission. The engine runs smooth and powerful, especially on the highway. The transmission shift is proper and smooth as can be seen in the video links. The car is very clean and the trunk still has some of the original flocking in it. The points were removed and were replaced by the pertronix ignition unit and seat belts were added for safer modern driving. As you can see in the photographs, the underside of the car is in fantastic shape, This car is very clean, fun to drive and is turn key! You may find another rusted one for less, but you will get what you pay for and you are very unlikely to have an original clean and rodent free interior. 1954 Packard Pacific 2 door hardtop. Still has the original 359 straight 8 engine with the aluminum head and 4 barrel carb. The interior is fairly nice. The car does require body work, rockers and rear quarters, and chrome. The rear window was broken and the replacement is just setting there. I did have the car running several years ago by pouring gas into the carb. The gas tank appears to be new. Mileage is approximate, if needed I can give you the accurate odometer reading. Any Questions please ask and I will try to answer. Thank you!!
