1972 Oldsmobile Delta 88 This beauty has been kept in pristine condition. The car has only two previous owners and has not been driven but only 64K miles. The care was kept in an enclosed garage for the first 30 years and the remaining years the car has had a cover over it and is parked under a covered carport. The car does not get driven much but it is started every month to let the engine run. Interior was just redone 3 years ago along with a new pearl white paint job and tinted windows. The floor carpet has been removed and ready for replacement. 2 years ago new belts and hoses where installed along with new air conditioning unit that runs on the latest freon standard. This car does not need much, New Tires, oil pan gasket, floor carpet and this car is ready for a Sunday cruise or car show. Upon sale we will install the carpet, install new tires and fix the leaky oil pan gasket or we would be willing to sell as is for $1500 less than the listed price. No bolt left unturned. Chassis was completely redone and upgraded to a Fatman Independent Front Suspension with chrome tubular A arms and rack and pinion steering. Front and rear sway bars and equipped with disc brakes. Completely rebuilt 1959 Olds 394 engine with dual 4's, Joe Hunt electronic ignition, custom grind camshaft, and dual exhaust. Cooled by a heavy duty aluminum radiator. Engine is mated to a Borg Warner T5 5 speed transmission which makes highway drives a pleasure. Hurst competition plus shifter with Limeworks shifter. Paint and body from bare metal professionally refinished in the original color of Seafoam Green. Nice door, hood, and trunk gaps and the car has been completely sanded and buffed for a mirror like finish. The floors were professionally replaced with reproduction original type floor pans. Interior is Charcoal gray cloth and in excellent condition. All of the chrome and stainless has been refinished to show quality. No bolt left unturned. Chassis was completely redone and upgraded to a Fatman Independent Front Suspension with chrome tubular A arms and rack and pinion steering. Front and rear sway bars and equipped with disc brakes. Completely rebuilt 1959 Olds 394 engine with dual 4's, Joe Hunt electronic ignition, custom grind camshaft, and dual exhaust. Cooled by a heavy duty aluminum radiator. Engine is mated to a Borg Warner T5 5 speed transmission which makes highway drives a pleasure. Hurst competition plus shifter with Limeworks shifter. Paint and body from bare metal professionally refinished in the original color of Seafoam Green. Nice door, hood, and trunk gaps and the car has been completely sanded and buffed for a mirror like finish. The floors were professionally replaced with reproduction original type floor pans. Interior is Charcoal gray cloth and in excellent condition. All of the chrome and stainless has been refinished to show quality. We started with a rust free, dent free California exterior shell. We had one of the best custom restoration shops in the West do the work. We shaved the hood, trunk and door handle. We stripped the entire suspension components front to rear. Keeping this car PURE OLDS, we installed a completely rebuilt Oldsmobile 350 cu.in. bored 30 over, a “Edelbrock” intake and “Edelbrock” 650 carb, finned” MT” alum. valve covers, HEI distributor, duals, chrome alternator & “Classic Air” AC compressor & Heater , GM turbo 200R4 rebuilt 4 speed over drive tranny linked up to a GM Posi rear end. Custom “Cool It” alum. radiator. A “Fat Man” sub frame w/rack & pinion power front disc brakes with 4 bar rear coil over suspension.
