This is a project. It is not able to be driven yet. The engine is a 455 with C heads from a 1969 Hurst Olds that had less than 30,000 miles on it. It was re-built using the highest quality parts from Mondello. The reason it's listed as a 462 is due to the 0.030 over bore. The engine has never been run and the car has not been outside since it was painted. I have all the interior and exterior parts for the car including the original bumpers that have been re-chromed with a show finish. There is not a posi-traction rear end in the car. The transmission is a turbo 400 from TCI. There is too much to list. I prefer local only to Syracuse, NY.

here is 1 of 53 built in 1973 . Doctor olds omega built in 1973 at the van nuys plant in california. it has the olds 350 rocket 4 barrel with 3 speed manual shift transmission and posi rearend. the car is a extremely solid montana car that has zero underbody rust. the floors and rails and trunk floor are like new. the car will need very very minor metal work on the quarters and i have full quarters included in the sale. the door bottoms are cherry. the 350 rocket was rebuilt and this car runs very very strong. it is a absolute blast to drive and would be awesome and easy to slide a 4 speed muncie in it. under the valve covers of the engine " like new". the car needs a good paint job and some interior work, but is a very very cool rare solid car . have a clear /open new york state title in hand from the guy i bought it off of. will assist in loading, car runs and drives great. as-is sale ask any questions. passenger side is in identical condition to drivers side. car can stay on my property until spring if need be. 71six, 243fiftytwohundred. here is the article-----------1973–1974[edit]First generationOverviewProduction1973–1974Body and chassisBody style2-door coupe 3-door hatchback 4-door sedanLayoutFR layoutRelatedChevrolet Nova Pontiac Ventura Buick ApolloDimensionsWheelbase111 in (2,819.4 mm)The Omega was one of 3 X-body Chevrolet Nova clones introduced in 1973 (the Buick Apollo being the other one; the Pontiac Ventura was introduced in 1971). Naturally it shared the Nova's body and many of its mechanicals, but it had its own unique nose and tail, and, being an Oldsmobile, it had a little fancier trim than the Nova. It even borrowed the Nova's dashboard, but Olds added woodgrain trim to it for a more upscale look. The front grille sported Oldsmobile's trademark split "waterfall" grille design, round headlights set into square recesses, and parking lights directly below in the bumper. Body styles mirrored that of the Nova, starting with a 2-door coupe, 3-door hatchback or a 4-door sedan.1973 Oldsmobile Omega BroughamEngine choices were the standard Chevy-built 4.1L (250 cid) I6 with a 3-speed manual transmission standard, with a 4-speed manual or a 2- or 3-speed automatic optional. The lone V8 option was Oldsmobile's 5.7L (350 cid) "Rocket" V8, which had a 4-speed manual as standard with the 3-speed automatic optional. V8 models with the eight VIN digit being the letter "K" received a 4-barrel Rochester carburetor. All other V8 engines received the standard 2-barrel version. There were also 53 Doctor Oldsmobile Omega's built in 73 all with vin code KL3 All were built in Van Nuys California and were sold at Century Oldsmobile in Van Nuys California. This option was canceled in 1974 and Oldsmobile redesigned the omega and added the S option and also a base and upper-level Brougham. Not many changes at all in 1974 other than the 2-speed Powerglide transmission being dumped, the parking lights being relocated inboard below the grille instead of the headlights and a new rear bumper design which met the federal government's new 5-mph impact standards. There would be an all-new Omega in 1975.1975–1979[edit]

here is a super super cool hatchback olds omega project car. it only has 47,000 original miles and has some very cool options like high back bucket seats, full console with auto shifter, power disc brakes, 305 small block chevy engine with turbo 350 trans, fold down rear seat, these where actually real nice for camping in the back if you got the special tent GM offered for them. the interior is amazing with only a split on the drivers seam, the dash is perfect, alll the gauges work, car has new brake lines, gas lines, and new gas tank. car has nice glass, with nice trim, i have original owners manual, and title from the guy i bought it from. title is open for new registrants signature. i bought this as a project, never finished it and i just dont have a shop to work on it anymore. the car starts right up and purs like a kitten, issue is that there is water in the oil and oil in the water, not sure if it blew a head gasket or something. it will run like a dream till it gets hot and then it blows the upper rad hose. i really did not care because i have a perfect running 4 bolt 350 i was going to install in place of the current 305. anyways the 350 can be bought for $500 extra if you want. the trans shifts perfect. the body has had ametuer body work performed, but the rails trunk floor and floor pans are good and original. the quarters and door bottoms have been replaced , but they will need work for sure to make them right. the car has so much potential even with the very cool interior and sbc engine. i want someone else to enjoy it . asking a very fair $2500 or best offer. will assist in loading it for transport reasons. car does run fine for about 2-3 minutes enough to load it for sure. cashiers check or cash for balance due within 3 days. i can immediately mail the title once payment is clear. good luck.

A very very clean well maintained survivor. I am the second owner since new. I am an auto enthusiast and I just had to buy this car when I saw the condition that it was in. I have owned it and used it for the tune of 20,000 miles in 10 years. I have always kept it clean, dry , garaged and well maintained. just as the original owner did. I will most likely regret selling it but I need room in my garage for other projects. the car is near mint. rust free, everything works, cold A/C, even the rotary clock works. the blemishes that I need to mention are two pieces of plastic trim below the vinyl top are cracked and short lived. I have been unable to locate new ones. the other is at some point a flaming idiot was smoking a cigarette in the passenger seat and put marks in the velour above the arm rest (not terribly noticeable ). worse yet when he threw his cigarette out the window it landed on the beautiful back seat and burned a hole in it.(see pictures). This can be repaired by replacing one pleat in the rear seat. I put rally wheels on the car a few years ago , I think it looks great. but I have the original wheels, spoke hubcaps, and locks. they will go with the car if the new owner wants them. I just put new exhaust on the car . about six years ago I replaced the water pump, radiator and the heater core. This car runs, drives, sounds and handles as good as it looks. I wouldn't hesitate to drive it anywhere. If anyone has specific questions , don't hesitate to call 845-590-1076. As can be seen in the questions to seller box, I was asked to elaborate on the accident that shows up in the vehicle history report, I had some kind of issue posting only half my answer to him. I am not really able to elaborate much because I did not own the car then, and it came to me as a surprise seeing it on the listing. Only thing I can say is that I am a very contentious car guy and have never noticedanything indicating any serious damage of any kind. I think it is safe to say it was in some kind of minor accident requiring minor repair, as indicated in the report it says no major damage reported, or something to that affect.I'm certain any educated car guy/or Gal who looked the car over would agree. Sorry for the half response to the person asking the question. Not sure what happened there.

1969 Oldsmobile Delta Eighty-Eight (88) Convertible. Car has 55,000 original miles on Rocket 455 V-8, 2bbl carburetor and 3-speed Hydramatic Transmission. Power Steering and Power Brakes. Car runs, drives and shifts excellent. Original radio works but clock does not. Interior is original with no tears or stains. Power from this engine performs like a muscle car! Car was repainted in 1997 in its original blue color and still shows very well. Black power top is also excellent and was new at the time it was painted, still looks brand new. It has obviously been driven very little since then. All 4 tires are like new and in excellent shape with no rot and excellent tread. Engine compartment is VERY clean with no leaks. You could drive this car anywhere. Frame is solid and there is no frame rot or rust on the body. Chrome overall is good and all parts are there with nothing missing. This car shows great and would make a great driver/cruise-in car. In 1969 there were 252,087 Delta 88's built but only 5294 were convertibles making this car somewhat rare given the fact only around 2% had a drop-top. Please contact me with any questions prior to bidding. I have tried to represent the car fair and honestly. Thanks. On Nov-21-15 at 15:43:09 PST, seller added the following information: There are 55,000 miles on the entire car including the Rocket 455 which is original to the car. As the first listing reads, it makes it appear that the engine alone has 55,000 miles and the car has more. This is not the case and just a bad description on my part when I originally wrote it. Because there are bids, I cannot change it and only add to it. Thanks. On Nov-22-15 at 18:24:10 PST, seller added the following information: I ALSO HAVE THE BOOT FOR THE CONVERTIBLE TOP THOUGH IT IS NOT PICTURED. On Nov-26-15 at 08:23:55 PST, seller added the following information: I've had several inquiries on this car and everyone has their own particular area of concern. I have just posted a question from someone asking about bondo in the rear quarters. I have not owned the car for long at all and cannot verify everything that has been done. However, what I can say is there does not appear to be much if at all by way of bondo. I have gone around the entire car with a magnet and it sticks at the lower parts behind the wheels as strong as it sticks to the middle of the hood. Because eBay only allows 24 pictures, that all I could post and tired to choose the ones that give perspective buyers the most information. If you are looking for something specific, please contact me and I will be happy to provide what you are looking for. I have nothing to hide and represent the car as fair and honest as possible. As a car collector myself, I have bought and sold many cars on the interned myself and understand the dilemma involved when not seeing it in person. Ones description of "good" might mean "fair" to another person. Therefore, please contact me before bidding if you have specific questions or concerns. Thanks. Joe

I am selling my dream 442, its a 1970 2 door holiday coupe. I used it once this year and decided to sell it to someone who would get the most out of it.I bought it from second owner, he gave me a book of receipts on everything done to car. It is in great shape, had one paint job in late 80's. Painted same original color. It could use another paint job and very minor body work. small rust front fenders, I will send pics. It is numbers matching and runs great, I just replaced the original quadrajet(will ship with car) with a quick fuel. I do have build sheets and protecto plate. Please ask questions and bid only if you are interested,On Oct-13-15 at 06:21:24 PDT, seller added the following information: I added a few pics of rust which you really cant see but could feel, one side drivers side is slightly peeling, as seen, nothing is rusted through, I tried to show slight blemishes in paint and agoin not able to photogragh.

I bought this car a year ago and have thoroughly enjoyed owning and driving it but alas living in New York City, it's simply impractical for me to hold on to it and leaving it up you to give it a new home. It's really fantastic on the open road and a pleasure to drive. The 5.7 Liter 350 starts up with no problem and drives fantastic. To the best of my knowledge I'm the 3rd owner and the 18,500 mile are original. It has always been garaged kept. It was repainted by the previous owner a few years back but the all white interior with black carpet is original. A new top was installed one year ago and a full tune up was done back in April. The battery is less than a year old. The original owner decided to add fender-skirts and the continental kit giving it a unique look that really makes it stand out in a crowd. I had a 3 inch lift kit and shock extenders installed to the rear of the car to compensate for the additional weight added by the rear continental kit. I added some modern touches by installing a remote door lock opener and passive alarm system as well as a back up camera with a monitor that piggy-backs on to the original rear view mirror. The car attracts attention like no other car I've owned and gets thumbs up, oohs and ahs like nothing else. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have. I can be reached at 917-502-0572.
