I will describe this Cutlass Convertible the best that I can. I bought this car not to long ago sight unseen and spent alot of money on the car to find out it was NOT a real 442 or w-30. I knew it was not a w-30 when I bought it, but was told it was a real 442, it is NOT. With that said I know I will not get any where near what I paid for the car. I will tell you it is a great driving car, has a 350 Rocket motor, auto trans and a 12 bolt rear. I have driven the car with no issues at all, stops great, drives great on the high way and so on. The car has some flaws that I was not told about when I bought the car. I was told the paint was a 8.5 to 9, it is not. I will just say I am very picky and some people might think it is a 8 or so, I feel it is more 6 to 7, shines great looks great from 5 feet but does have some imperfections that I try to point out in pictures. The tires are new, has front disc brakes, the floors and vehicle are solid and has had 1 floor pan replaced at some point in its life. Again, I have had alot of show cars so I might be a little tough on my own description. The tach does not work, the am radio is not plugged in, the wiper washers are not hooked up, the lower kick panels should be replaced as the old owner took the speakers out, the drivers mirror remote cable is missing, and the center console shifter cluster is missing. These cars are very hard to find, here is the production totals for Oldsmobile Cutlass's from 1970 they made a total of 2993 convertibles, 1971 they made 1304 total, and 1972 only 1171..These cars are very collectible, don't think twice about buying a Cutlass they are in demand due to these low production numbers. I can always add a buy it now for a serious buyer, car can be sold at any time also. The car has a great look, stance and will do well in local car shows if your into that..But I would replace the front seat covers, side interior kick panels, fix the bezel for center console, I would repaint the car in the future if I kept it...The top is perfect, glass back window and works as it should. On Jul-02-15 at 19:09:31 PDT, seller added the following information: The pictures make the car look a little darker silver then it is, it is a brighter silver and i have taken more pictures of the car inside my garage. I am going to try and upload these now on to the auction, I can only add 1 more to the auction listing. On Jul-02-15 at 19:34:11 PDT, seller added the following information: Look at this item number, better pictures in the sun light from the seller I purchased it from. 261924463592 On Jul-03-15 at 13:35:43 PDT, seller added the following information: The rear is a 12 bolt rear as the ad stated.....Someone emailed me as I posted and said it was a 10 bolt, it is a 12 bolt. Also had a few question on how it handles on the high way. I work 30 miles each way and the car drives great at 70 - 75.. Also need to note that the drivers seat has some play in it, I read my ad and left that out...Could be a easy fix but I have not looked into it. I am losing a good amount of money on the car, someone will get a deal..With that said, I was offered a few offers and I am not giving it away...I will just cover it up and have things fixed in the winter time when I slow down at work. Good luck..With all the emails and questions I feel that the car will sell as my reserve is low. On Jul-04-15 at 10:35:58 PDT, seller added the following information: 0 feedback will be cancelled...Do not bid if you have less then 10 feedback with out contacting me first.. 65 Olds 442 in good condition- not show quality. Paint is very good-seats are good with no tears. Everything works except original AM radio. Great power brakes and power steering- like new tires. Engine is the 400 with no leaks or smoking. Runs like a raped ape. It is an eye catcher. Chrome has some pitting. Would consider a convertible as partial trade.

I have for sale a 1969 Olds 442, the original owner in Maryland kept this car until 1994, sometime in the early 90's he started to turn it into a Hurst Olds replica, he installed a '72 455 which he had rebuilt and painted the car the appropriate colors, he sold the car in 1994 due to financial difficulties to a man in Virginia, the 2nd owner kept the car until 2006 and then sold to the 3rd owner in North Carolina who put the car in storage . This car has a clear Pennsylvania title which states the mileage as actual, 51000 miles. It has all original sheet metal and interior, the seats , headliner, door panel, carpet, exc. are all in nice shape. The paint is pretty nice especially for something that was painted in the 90's , it's held up pretty well, i would consider it driver quality, there is some bubbling on the bottom of the doors, not bad though, the floors and frame are solid. The car runs and drives really well, the engine is smooth and the tranny shifts good, power steering works good, definitely feels like a 50000 mile car .This was an original A/C car but the compressor is gone, i do have the brackets though. I believe the rear is a 3:42 ratio, it also has no issues.Has brand new Flowmaster exhaust system tires, everything works on the car , lights, blinkers, cigarette lighter, tach, exc. the only thing not working is the fuel gauge and radio. If you have any question feel free to ask. I'm selling this vehicle due to buying a home. *Buyer Requirements: PLEASE READ BEFORE BIDDING!!! *DO NOT BID IF YOU HAVE 0 FEEDBACKS. 1970 Oldsmobile CutlassW30 442 recreation455, Turbo 400, 12 bolt 3.73s, F heads I am selling my 1970 Olds Cutlass "W30 442" clone. This car is a blast to drive and you can't duplicate it for the asking price. This car has a straight body with nice paint. No it is not a Barrett Jackson/Mecum car but it is a nice driver that gets looks everywhere it goes. The paint does have some chips/scratches from daily driving. The gaps all look good except the driver side corner of the hood needs to be adjusted. The floors, Frame and trunk are all real solid. The bumpers and 442 grilles are all new and in nice shape. The hood is an aftermarket fiberglass reproduction. The interior is in nice shape. The door panels, Rear seat and headliner are all real clean. The front seat is nice but has been dyed and does not quite match the rest of the pearl interior. The dash is clean and not butchered up. The best part of this car is the drivetrain. I was told by the previous owner that the drivetrain has about 8k miles on it. The engine is a 71 455 with 1970 "F" heads. The motor has a nice cam, Headers, Aluminum intake and Holley carb. It makes great horsepower and torque. I never raced it but I am sure it is capable of low 13s to high 12s with traction. This one will burn the BFG radials as long as you hold the pedal down. There is a slight header leak from the passenger header. The transmission is a built turbo 400 with a shift kit, Trans cooler and a 2200 rpm convertor. The rear is a 12 bolt posi with 3.73 gears and Southside lift bars and factory sway bar. The suspension was gone through a few years ago and feels very tight. The car has power disc brakes in front and they work well. The exhasut is a Flowmaster 3 inch from front to back and it sounds great. The tires are BFG radials and have good tread. The car does have an electric fuel pump and electric fan. The wipers don't work and the heater core is bypassed, I got it this way. I do have a new weatherstrip kit for it. I bougth the car last December and have put about 800 miles on it over the summer. It gets looks everywhere it goes. I recently bought a nice 1970 W31 Cutlass with low miles so this one has to go. Please feel free to email or call 610-442-2503 with any questions. Thanks for looking. I do have a video of the car idiling but Ebay won't let me add it in. Please email me and I can give you the link. If the BUY IT NOW is used I will include a brand new reproduction ram air cleaner that costs $650 with shipping
