Up for sale is my 1986 Oldsmobile 442. This is a completely untouched, original car. I purchased this car from the original owner's family, and he was still driving it to and from work. The car runs and drives well. All of the original equipment is in tact. The car has 83,000 original miles. The paint has the typical GM fading/checking for this era over the whole car. The interior is complete and in good shape with only one tear in the driver's seat but has some sun fading. There are only (3) spots of rust on the exterior of the car: one is on the driver's side rear fender behind the wheel, and the other two are on the bottom of each door. You will be able to see this in the photos. There is no rust/rot in the trunk. Under the hood everything is original but will need a new dip stick tube to be installed. I do have a brand new NOS dip stick tube that comes with the car. I have all original documents such as: window sticker, warranty booklet, sales brochure, owner's manual in original jacket with "Oldsmobile" steno paper. I don't need help selling this car so please don't bother me. No text messages or ridiculous offers, as I don't need to sell! Serious inquires please call 609-605-4003.

This car will be at the MCACN show (Muscle Car & Corvette Nationals) in Chicago in the car corral so you can see it there. This show is November 21 and 22. 1970 442 W-30. This is a real W-30 with the broadcast card to prove it. This is an original stripe delete car but I do not have a factory document to prove that. I have an original picture of the car in 1971 that shows no stripes. Has the original numbers matching OW transmission but is missing the original engine block and carburetor. This engine has the original correct F heads and original aluminum intake manifold. This car also has the original red inner fenders that it came with from the factory. They are the best original red inner fenders I have ever seen. The car was parked in 1981 till I got the car in April of 2012. I done a 2 year restoration on the car and used as much NOS and original parts as I could. Car was completely disassembled ground up and every part rebuilt, restored, or detailed. Has all factory steal, only replaced a small amount of the rear wheel opening lips. Still retains the factory installed quarters. I used Legendary Interior door panels and seat covers on the original seats. It would be to long to list all I did to the car but here is a link to a thread on classic oldsmobile forum that has every detail I did to the car. Tones of pictures and details and everything you would likely want to know. Feel free to contact me about the car if you have more questions. http://classicoldsmobile.com/forums/major-builds-projects/55068-70-442-w-30-restoration.html Automatic, Air Condition (ice cold R-12), 3.23 limited slip rear end, AM/FM 8 Track, Hurst Dual Gate shifter, Rally Pack gauge set,

1970 was the height of performance for American Muscle Cars. To keep up in the horsepower arms-race, General Motors dropped the cap on engine size in 1970 and Oldsmobile responded by making the Olds 455 V8 the standard 4-4-2 engine. Output was 365 hp, with 500 ft./ lbs. of torque. A “rocket ship” was launched. In recognition of the 1970 revised body style and increased performance, the Olds 4-4-2 was awarded Pace Car duties at the Indianapolis 500 race in 1970. Motor Trend praised the 4-4-2, stating that "it's probably the most identifiable super car in the GM house” and those seeking to experience the ultimate in performance from Oldsmobile could order a "W-Machine" version of the 4-4-2, dubbed the W-30 package. The 4-4-2 W-30 added a fiberglass hood (option W25) with functional air scoops and low-restriction air cleaner, aluminum intake manifold, special camshaft, cylinder heads, distributor, and carburetor that increased the horsepower to 370hp. Oldsmobile’s “King of the Hill”, the 1970 442 W30 is one of the quickest production Olds ever built. Being offered for sale is a Sherwood Green 1970 Olds 442 W-30 “Holiday Hardtop Coupe”, with the W-35 rear spoiler. This car is nothing less then exquisite. Beautifully restored, very original, with complete owner history from dealership delivery, this 442 W30 is a “show stopper.” One of 1,032 4-Speed “Holiday Hardtop Coupe” W-30s made in 1970, this car has approximately 87,000 miles and received a complete body-on restoration from nose to tail, with absolute attention paid to detail and originality. The body is laser straight, with all joints and body panel seams lining up perfectly. The Sherwood Green exterior finish is flawless, with correct white striping. The bumpers have been properly restored and present in excellent condition. All the original parts on this restoration have been bead blasted and repainted to factory specs. Where parts needed to be replaced, only NOS or the highest quality replacement parts were used. The 455 ci, 370hp “F” head engine, with correct ram induction system and fiberglass hood, was completely disassembled and rebuilt (rings, bearings, factory spec’d cam) re-assembled and painted to factory finish. The block is a non-numbers matching piece. All other engine components are original factory numbered parts. The original red plastic inner fenders are in excellent condition. The car has a new correct battery and cables. The front end suspension was completely dissembled, all parts bead blasted and repainted to factory finish. New control arm bushings, ball joints, correct spiral shocks, tie-rod ends, sway bar bushings, rubber bumpers, rotors and brakes. The front calipers and steering box were rebuilt. The interior was completely restored, with re-upholstered front bucket seats and rear seats, new head liner, new carpet, new center console shifter boots ( upper and lower), and re-conditioned Hurst shifter. The glove box shifter console, imitation wood inlays, dash vinyl, carpeted door panels and seat belts are in excellent original condition, as is the original interior chrome and seat chrome. The trunk surface was prepped, repainted and clear coated with correct color trunk paint. The car has a new correct Goodyear raised white letter spare tire mounted on correct re-conditioned / painted SS II wheel, with all chrome trim. The trunk has a new correct fabric mat, with an optional rubber “OLDSMOBILE” trunk mat laid over the fabric mat, a new jack, lug wrench and spare tire mounting hardware. The underbody floor pan and frame present in excellent, as new condition. A clearly exceptional 1970 Olds 442 W30, this car appears on the cover of Muscle Car Magazine under the title “Kings of Woodward Ave.” and must be seen in person to be appreciated for its outstanding quality. If you can't personally inspect the car, please hire a qualified inspector to conduct a pre-purchase inspection on your behalf; so, you're assured of the quality of the vehicle you're purchasing. Classic Muscle cars of this quality are few and far between and this “Holiday Hardtop Coupe” is for a buyer who wants the absolute best ! Any questions, please call Mark 609-306-1631 10am-8pm EST.

1970 Olds Cutlass Supreme with 442 upgrades. This is a clone and not a real 442 though it is a very good example of the real thing. Driven only 600 miles since total restoration. It retains it's original numbers matching 350 motor and turbo hydramatic transmission that were both rebuilt at time on restoration. The ac needs charging. It is still the original R12 system and has not been converted. Amfm radio does not work, but there is a 10 disc CD/radio installed in the glove box. Car is a show winner every time and is as clean on the bottom and engine as it is on the top side. Is has a White top which also is in excellent condition. I do not have time to drive this car and have only put about 100 miles on it since I bought it. Hate to see it just sitting in the garage. Price I am asking is a lot less than I paid for it, but the market is the market and it's time to go. Check my feedback and you will see that I am a real seller. Please don't bid on it if you can't buy it. This car is worth the money and if it were the real one you would be looking at least 3 times the price . Call if you have questions 301-399-0486. I have this advertised locally and reserve the right to end auction at any time.

1978 Olds Cutlass Salon Brougham w/ 442 package. 305 4bbl, rare saginaw 4 speed (reblt) w/ a Hurst Shifter. Options, PS, PB, Tilt, Cruise, AC (not working), Gauge package w/Tach, bucket seats (passenger seat reclines), rear defrost, recent dual exhaust. Out of 2541 Olds 442s built in 1978, 1180 of them were built in the Cutlass Salon Brougham body, and 1-3% of them came with a 4 speed and only with a 305 engine, which puts the production numbers somewhere between 11-35. The car is not perfect, but it is solid and about 99% complete, only missing the Horn emblem for the sport wheel (sport wheel included, missing the factory Air cleaner, and the AC compressor. This car is my daily driver, its weird, its odd but always gets thumbs up even with bad paint. The car does have a new battery, It does have nice "OOOMPAAA -OOOMPAAA" dual glass packed exhaust, the engine doesnt use oil, but it does make a puff of smoke when you first start it up valve guides), which is why I had a set of heads redone for the car, its just the front shocks that are worn, the 4 speed was overhauled prior to me, but has less than 3000 miles on it, the clutch works fine, it just has a little chatter when you first start out, Im sure the pressure plate and/or flywheel needs to be turned, Seattle hills are hell on clutches, The gauges work including tach however the oil pressure gauge has a mind of its own, ive added a new sending unit, sometimes it works, sometimes it does not, there is an owners manual, the jack, jack base and tire iron is all there, I do not have a spare for it. the bumpers on both ends are VERY straight and bright, the only dent it had when I got it was in the RF fender, it had a crease, so I replaced it with another 442 fender, it has new headlights, and I also have another set of taillights for it as well. I imagine the A/C would work if it had a compressor and a pressure hose, thats the only thing missing, the cruise did work until the other day, Im thinking it is a fuse, I have not researched that yet. YES, the car runs great, but could most likely use a tune up, the spark plug brand is "MIGHTY", which I know my dad used in his shop back in the 80s, but it has ran so good this far I havent bothered to change them,.. If you have anymore questions please feel free to ask.
