The Versa has been rated one of the most reliable compact economy cars on the market! This car will probably run forever, and I'm sad to see it go, but I live in the city and rarely drive it.At over 30mpg on the highway, it is extremely fuel-efficient. It is compact and easy to drive but still very roomy inside. Mechanical/Body: The car includes a mechanical breakdown warranty (called "Route 66") that is set to expire at the end of the year. I only needed to use the warranty once in the last 4 years, and that was for a problem with the fuel accelerator, which I was told was a common problem with this make/model. That was 3 years ago, and I haven't had any problems since! A recent diagnostic test also indicated no problems/codes. Cosmetic: As a car parked in New York City, there are scratches and dents, but they are hardly noticeable and the paint still shines. All of the windows and dashboards are clean and solid - nothing broken. In terms of the interior, it is what I consider "gently used" owing to my occasionally throwing my bicycle in the back seat and occasionally smoking. But it has been thoroughly shampooed and cleaned, and everything works great: CD/Radio, heat, A/C, defrost, windshield wipers. Local pickup in Brooklyn only.
