I am a licensed and bonded dealer here in NC and can issue you a temporary 30 day tag at no charge if you bring proof of insurance. If you are registering it in NC there will be 3% sales tax and $74 to register the car. You are more than welcome to come test drive the car and have it checked out by a mechanic but it must be done before the auction is over, once you win the auction the vehicle is yours.
