Cleaned and polished front and back sides.Vehicle has 38,396 miles on it as of today. I drive the vehicle regularly, so the miles will be higher when sold.I purchased this certified pre owned Xterra in March of this year (2015) with 35,445 miles.This was a one owner leased vehicle.I am the second owner.I have put a little over 3,000 miles on this vehicle in the 7 months I have owned it.Here is what I have done since I purchased the vehicle:4 new B.F. Goodrich All Terrain TA/KO 2 tires installed. Newest design, fantastic tires. Installed in March at 35,493 miles.Front end alignment same day.All new brake rotors and new Brembo brake pads installed front and rear. Brake fluid changed also. March at 35,623 miles.New Coyote wheel locks installed on all 4 rims.New Wade hood deflector installed.Weather Tech floor liners installed front and rear.New Embroidered factory carpet installed in rear cargo area.K&N fuel injection performance kit installed. This allows the engine to breathe more efficiently adds horsepower and the filter element is washable. April at 35,857 miles.AirRaid throttle body spacer installed same day.Magnaflow stainless steel cat-back system installed in September.Dealer service. Mobil 1 full synthetic oil change, plus new drain gasket and filter. Software on ECM updated. September 38,295 miles.High end (white) headlamp replacement bulbs and Hella (brand name) yellow fog lamp bulbs installed.All interior lighting upgraded to L.E.D.Underneath, the chassis was cleaned, primed where needed and hand painted with black semi-gloss heavy duty enamel.All skid plates removed, sanded, prepped, primed and painted a silver gray color with a cold galvanizing compound.Skid plates reinstalled using stainless steel hardware.All 4 brake calipers painted cherry red with high temperature ceramic paint.Spare tire removed, cleaned, pressure checked and reinstalled. All hardware lubricated.Exterior washed regularly and waxed monthly.Interior cleaned and detailed regularly.Non smoker, no kids, no pets, no excuses.Engine bay cleaned and detailed twice in past 6 months.Garage kept.There is a small scuff on the trailing edge of the passenger rear door. It is not through the paint to the primer, but you will see it if you look closely.This scuff was on the vehicle when I purchased it. This Xterra is fully sorted and requires zero maintenance at this time. Everything works.There is a loan on the vehicle that will be paid and title released after I receive cleared payment from you, the buyer.I have done well over $100,000 of buying and selling on e-bay and can handle the paperwork quickly without any fuss.I am not a dealer.
