The only reason it is a Flood/Not Actual Mileage title is ONLY due to the fact that it suffered a minor fresh water flood. It is the practice of the insurance to deem the vehicle a flood vehicle to release them from any liability. This vehicle has been driven nearly 8,000 miles since it was declared a total loss so any issues would have come out by now.
