Selling because I was just asked to relocate to California for work and have to take my work vehicle across country. I have not had time to prep this car for sale, as I never intended to sell it, so I am lenient on price with the understanding that I would have put additional time and money into it prior to selling. With that being said, you won't find much to do on this car in order to make it perfect show quality, if you so choose. I have scanned a document with all mods and dont have time to write them all out right now, as I have to close up my remaining accounts in this region before I relocate in early November, but I can email this document to any interested buyers. The following areas of the car are upgraded (all extremely high end products): engine, drive train, fuel system, exhaust, extensive and classy body work, suspension, brakes, wheels, tires, audio system, high end gauges. am going to list the things that would need to be fixed with the car in order to get it to show room condition, and I will be VERY SPECIFIC because I have sold many cars online before and I am sick of tire kickers. Nothing will be left out, so if it seems small and insignificant its because it is.... - Minor paint touch up. Bumper has some small rock chips from highway driving and I usually get it sprayed every spring at Christian Auto Body in Laurel MD. Glenn is the owner and is a great reference for this car - my mechanic used his shop to swap the 2006 motor in and reassemble the entire drive train and turbo kit. The intercooler is sprayed black and also has highway chips so a quick spray there would be simple. The mirrors are plasti-dipped because I wanted to see if I liked the black look (same with the base of the spoiler). This can easily be peeled off (look up information on dipyourcar.com if you have never heard of plasti dip) if you dont like it, but my plan was to get the mirrors wrapped in the same carbon fiber look at the roof and B-pillars. The drivers side Amuse skirt has a paint chip that again just needs to be sprayed but it almost underneath the car so its hardly noticeable, but again we are going for full disclosure here. Rear fenders were pulled, rolled and molded to fit the wide stance of wheels and therefore the paint has almost a straight line crack. This would take minor work to correct and is not noticeable unless you know it is there. The trunk emblem has a weird wax looking drip mark under it that has been painted over from previous owner and is hard to see but could easily be sanded out and re-sprayed if desired. again, it wont show up in pictures but it is there. Inside the car, there are minor signs of leather wear, the passenger door air vent is missing one slat (see pic), and the passenger side lower leg cabin where a glove box would normally be (if a Z had a glove box) has a small crack in the plastic from the times where to UpRev Osiris engine management system has been tuned and adjusted. The rear diffuser is a brand new 300$ part that I just wanted to try to see if I liked it. I used double sided removeable tape to mount it, not screws, so if you dont like it you can remove it and sell it. I am not including it in the parts listing or price consideration since its not permanently mounted, but it can be sold on a forum or craigslist easily if you dont like it. Personally I was going to get it mounted in the spring because I do like it, your call.- Passenger side wheel has two small road rock chips that can easily be fixed and are hard to notice. I got this done at Rim Doctor in Glen Burnie MD before and the guy is a magician with wheel refurbishing and hardly charges what it is worth to have $5k wheels fixed. I paid 100$ to have my drivers side wheel touched up and it looks brand new. Anyways, minor touch up here and you will be perfect all around. - Rear tires are at approx. 60% tread. Cornering is absolutely no issue of course, but launching is tough regardless of the tire life with the amount of torque in this car combined with no weight in the back. Front tires are newer and probably closer to 90% life.- As mentioned previously, check engine light comes on for emissions, but this is not exactly a "defect" I just wanted to list it so you are aware. It should be expected though with this tune.- Finally, one of the Aerocatch hood pins had a small piece of plastic snap inside the chamber and will still close as proper but is just a pain in the ass sometimes. I ordered new ones from eBay and received the wrong size, sent them back, and have not bothered ordering again. They are about $60 for the pair brand new and obviously my hood has already been cut and trimmed for their installation, so this would be "plug and play" if you wanted to fix it. I simply dont have time now or I absolutely would have done this myself. As you can see, the car is in great condition and just has a few minor things to touch up if you need to have a perfect show car. Car is paid off, clear title in hand, clean Carfax and Autocheck reports, no accidents or damage ever of an kind. I am available to answer additional questions/provide additional pictures, but please understand that I am extremely busy trying to organize a relocation and will likely have a slight lag time on responses. This car will also be posted locally on Craigslist Baltimore and I will take the ad down the instant the car is paid for, so please do not contact me asking if it is available.
