It is pretty clean and the engine is running. However the car is not drivable at the moment because of its front end damage. It’s a pretty easy fix that can be done at your home garage. Or use the Datsun as a parts car. It has almost new tires on the original rims, pretty new seats and the engine and the transmission/drivetrain is in working order. A plenty of other parts are also in good shape and usable. The Datsun has a Texas Salvage Title and can receive a blue title after rebuilding and passing inspection.
