2006 Mitsubishi Evo IX GSR with 97k miles. It's a two owner car, clean title in hand. The car is garage kept, very well maintained. All scheduled maintenance on time. Oil changes every 3k miles with Mobil 1 fully synthetic oil. Transmission, t-case, rear diff fluid changes every 15k miles with OEM fluids. Timing belt replaced at 72k miles. The car is stock turbo, full bolt on, e85/93 dual map. Makes 411whp on e85 and 355whp on 93 oct. Car is fast, reliable, and extremely fun to drive. Modifications: Injen ntake, Hallman manual boost controller, Megan o2 housing, Greddy turbo back exhaust, big 3.5" FMIC, VRSF/Muse LICP, walbro 255lph fuel pump, PTE 1200cc injectors, Tanabe GF210 performance lowering springs, Brembo drilled/slotted rotors w/Hawk hp pads, Greddy OEM replacement clutch at 85k w/Works flywheel, Works SS clutch line, Buschur short throw shifter, MR shift knob, Innovate LM-1 wideband, Phantom boost gauge. The car is in great condition, needs nothing at all. The exterior is 8.5/10 (has few scratches and chips, nothing major), interior is 9/10 (typical wear and tear of a 10 year old car). Tires are Yokohoma S drive with less than 5k miles on them, still have 75% tread remaining. Deposit is non-refundable. Funds must be cleared before I release the car to the new owner.
