I purchased this EVO X brand new in October 2010. This Wicked White beauty was intended to be my project show car. However, as my parents are aging and needing more and more care, my priorities and finances have changed. It's time to let someone else enjoy this remarkable car. Yes, it really does only have 1,100 total miles on it. It has always been driven very carefully, especially during the recommended break-in period. It's never been driven in the rain, in any accidents or abused in any way. There is no damage to the car. As I've been the only owner, title is clean. Unless you're one of lucky few to get a 2015 Final Edition model, Mitsubishi deleted the standard Recaro seats for the rest of the 2015 model year. NOTE: The car has been garaged since I first brought it home. Although the tires are still new, flat spots have developed over time from storage. Therefore, you will experience a choppy ride on the stock tires. There is no damage to the car. The battery has been maintained with a BatteryMINDer and still works well. Mitsubishi : Evolution 2003 mitsubishi lancer evolution sedan 4 door 2.0 l spun bearing read carefully

Hello! I have for sale my 2003 Lancer Evolution 8! The car has a clean title with no reported accidents, but was backed into in a parking lot last year. There is a dent behind the drivers side tail light. The tail light was replaced and is not cracked but because of the small collision the rear bumper does not seem to sit correctly. I was quoted $350 for repairs. The motor in this car was rebuilt summer of 2014 due to low compression in cyl 4, the bottom end was replaced with a Evolution IX block with less than 25,000 miles on it. After the rebuild and run in time, the motor was tuned but shortly after spun a road bearing. The car was immediately parked and has been sitting since. I'm not sure of the extent of the damage caused by the spun bearing, but the car was not driven when the noises were heard. The car stars and idles without any noticeable noises until it is revved to 3,000 RPM which a ticking sound can be heard. I'm selling the car because I simply don't want it anymore. Car has $2,101 left on lien, held at a bank down the street from my house. I will pay off the remainder and transfer the title when auction has ended. Cusco Safety 21 roll cage that needs to be extended and welded in the back Blemishes:Motor sounds as if it has spun a bearing.Third gear will need to be rebuilt. I'm not sure if it's a synchro issue. Third gear goes to neutral, if shifted from second, but seems to work when coming down from 4th. After down shifting from 4th.Paint is pretty faded, this particular year had very bad clear coat from the factoryRear spoiler clear coat over carbon fiber has chipped awayThe car used to have WRC livery so there are noticeable non-faded spots in the paint from where the livery once was. There is also a bit of sticker grime that needs to be cleaned off in some places.Dent on driver side rear behind tail light. Rear bumper does not sit correctly. I have not tried removing it myself to attempt to reset it.Scratches present on rear drivers side door, where door meets rear fender. Scratch and ding on passenger side rear door where door meets rear fender.Shift boot is missing.Windshield has very small rock chip that has been there since I bought the car and has not spread.Hood has scratches on very front nose.Front bumper has paint chips where it appears to have been repainted over at some point.Front lip does need to be bolted on properly. Evil driveway was too steep. Brembo paint is faded.Rear passenger suspension may need to be replaced soon.Front seats could use a cleaningDrivers side carpet is worn.HVAC control knob has suffered from famous knob snapping common on these cars. Also does not have face plate.Roll cage will have to be extended in back.Trunk does not have carpet or panel to cover spare tire.Missing spare tire.Drip stripping does need new clips to properly secure. That's about everything that I can think of and have noticed, most issues are cosmetic.
