2003 Mitsubishi Evo 8 Low miles Babied 2nd owner - 18k Invested Low miles Babied Low mileage Evo 8 and 9's are hard to find these days especially the ones that are already built and have the power on tap! The car was built by AMS at 10k with recites after by Midwest Street Performance for another 8k with recites. It was very rarely driven most of the time it would sit in a garage waiting for a right time to go for a ride. Engine is mostly stock except COMP Cams, ARP head bolts and Rod Bolts, Evo 9 ported hybrid custom turbo, Forge BOV, 1200cc injectors. As well with new OEM water pump, timing belt, seals and gaskets. White line suspension upgrades where installed. Stop Tech brake lines. AMS Cat back and downpipe with high flow cat wrapped. Fuel pump for E85 setup. AMS Intercooler with some piping. Air intake. AEM Boost gage and Innovative AF gage, short shifter. Major engine and transmission fluids where changed as well. Transmission was rebuilt. It is 5 speed tranny. This is a correct transmission if you would want to add additional HP down the road. Evo was done with considerations of power but durability and comfort in mind. It currently has brand new South Bend single clutch. It can hold up to 600hp with no problem. Current tune that I have on the car, is at over 450 hp. And this is a "conservative" tune. By adding an aftermarket ECU with GM sensor you can easily go up to 550hp on E85. Inside this car has no rips or damages. Outside looks great for a 2003 Evolution with couple minor scratches on a rear bumper. Only issues with this car are: One quarter panel has bubbled up paint. AC system has a new compressor but it needs to be charged. Overall car runs and pulls excellent. I hate to sell it but I am getting divorced and will not have space for the car anymore.
