It has the spots mounted in floor to tie down wheelchairs has the straps too. The van runs and drives great nice and tight on the road the alignment is solid no steering play or chassis wobble. suspension is great no bounciness at all or rough riding. . It has the 3.9L V6 engine with an automatic transmission that starts right up and shifts smoothly into all gears with no hesitation at all or play. The wheelchair ramp and doors work great please. The tires are matching all about 90% tread no cracks. This van just passed smog with no issues, Its a 1 owner Ready ehellt owned serviced every 3k miles.
