Hello, selling a 2010 Chrysler Town and Country LX van with only 48,xxx miles. This is a very nice minivan with the 3.8L V6 and 6 speed transmission. Has stow-and-go seating, with two sets of rear seating. I purchased this vehicle second hand from a couple who's father owned it originally and passed away. So technically three owners, but really just me and the previous family. This model has all basic power options, but does not include anything fancy like dvd players or back up cameras. Has the following: power windows, locks, cd player, am/fm, climate control, rear climate control, A/C, Traction control, auto stick shifting option, tinted rear windows, rear wiper and captains chairs up front. The interior is flawless. This van has never seen kids. Was owned by a very elderly man who passed and then an adult couple that used it as there second car after that. I purchased it for traveling up north but have since realized a pickup would better suit my needs. The exterior is in excellent shape. Some small negligible blemishes inside and out. I recently put new michilian all season touring tires on and a complete tune up to include new spark plugs, air filter, spark plug wires and serpentine belt. These total well over $1000 and all was done under 1000 miles ago. I do my own work and have been since I have been driving so no receipts but you are welcome to inspect everything and anything should you choose. There is also a members choice warranty on the van for about another 8 months, and this is transferable. This is supposedly one of the best warranty's and was purchased with the loan through community first. It covers pretty much everything major and has a $250 deductible. Just a little extra piece of mind. ATTENTION: DESPITE WHAT AUTOCHECK SAYS, THIS VEHICLE HAS ONLY HAD THREE TOTAL OWNERS. THE MILEAGE ON THE ODOMETER IS 100% CORRECT, A SIMPLE TRIP TO THE DEALER CONFIRMS IT HAS NEVER BEEN TAMPERED WITH OR ALTERED. THE MILEAGE ISSUE IS A TITLE ISSUE ONLY MEANING THAT THE MILEAGE WAS RECORDED INCORRECTLY ON THE TITLE DURING TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP. THE FIRST OWNER PASSED AWAY AND THE VEHICLE WAS MANAGED BY AN ESTATE REPRESENTATIVE. THEY ENTERED THE WRONG MILEAGE AT THAT TIME, AND THIS IS ALSO POSSIBLY WHY AUTOCHECK SHOWS FOUR OWNERS TOTAL. THERE ARE NO ISSUES WITH THE MILEAGE. IN LOOKING AT THE CONDITION OF THE VAN ITS EASY TO SEE THIS ALONGSIDE THE DEALERSHIP VERIFICATION. Issues to be aware of; front bumper has a small crack from the previous owner. LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. I DO NOT SHIP. If you do choose to buy the vehicle, I would like down payment or if you are able, full payment, within four days of auction end.
