2010 MINI Cooper Convertible for sale, in British Racing Green with white stripes. I bought the car Certified Pre-Owned, with a comprehensive 6-year, 100,000-mile warranty that stays with the car. That means it is covered for another year - until the end of April, 2016. Car was bought new and CPO from MINI of Westchester, serviced there, and always garaged. Truly excellent condition; no accidents, no stories. The car has been babied, but we just had our second actual baby... So the MINI is for sale.I just brought the car to MINI of Westchester to have it gone through prior to sale. I had them replace the water pump (the original pumps on this generation are known to leak - the only problem spot in an otherwise very reliable car), so it's ready to go. While they were in there, they spotted a small leak in the radiator, so they replaced that as well, and also upgraded the crankshaft seal. All was covered under the great MINI CPO warranty, no problems whatsoever, and with a free loaner. (If the car hits 36k, I will update the listing.) Most of the miles I've put on it are from my rural, 40-mile commute, during which I average 38-41 mpg - even better than I expected. I run nothing put premium fuel in it (even though you don't have to), and I follow the oil-change intervals with full synthetic oil, either Mobil 1 or Castrol/MINI oil. The car is in fantastic condition, with very little wear. There are a few surface scratches - unavoidable in any used car - but no dents or dings that I could find anywhere. The car has never seen any type of accident in my ownership, and I was told the same when I bought it CPO. Overall the car looks excellent, and get compliments all the time. Feel free to inspect it, or send someone to look at in on your behalf. The British Racing Green color, white stripes and mirror caps, and English Oak (real wood!) interior really go together quite well. The car will come with both original keys, the original window sticker, and a pile of documentation.
