I'm selling my beautiful roadster. This has been one of the most fun cars I've ever owned, but I have another project in mind and need to move this one along to get started on the next. This is an MG Kit Car (MiGi) on a 1964 VW beetle chassis. I looked at dozens on these before finding this one. This is the best built one I have ever seen. However, this is not a show car, it's a driver. If you want a show car, this might be a good starting point for one, but it is a driver now. Here's the good: The tires are brand new. I put them on last year and they have less than 100 miles on them. The gas tank is brand new. I installed it last year also with new fuel lines. The engine runs as if it just came from the factory. Everything works as it should and looks awesome doing it. The interior is like new. I repositioned the steering wheel closer to the dash. The original position in these cars was up near your chest and at 6' tall and 230lbs, this was not comfortable for me. So I moved it. It is a fairly easy task to move it back though. The taillights have been redone on the inside of the fenders. Originally the back of the lights were exposed. I molded in fiberglass to protect the taillights. The not so good: The convertible top is showing its age and has some tears at the corners. This never bothered me because when I drive it, it is always with the top down. This car has a fiberglass body. It is in great shape, but the paint has cracked in places on the fenders from the flexing of the fiberglass. This never bothered me because I used it as a driver not a show car. Also, the fenders are gloss black and easy to repair and repaint. The exhaust will need to be replaced sometime soon. I like the rumble, so I left it as is. The mileage here is just a wild estimate. I have no idea what the mileage on it is. Well, that's it. If you would like to see it, send me a message with your number and we'll set something up. Please, if you are not really serious about the car, don't send a lot of questions. I'm not terribly interested in trades, but if you have an old Harley or Triumph, I might be talked into a partial trade. I'll listen to any reasonable offer. There will be a $500 nonrefundable deposit expected through Paypal at the end of the auction with the rest in cash on pick up. Thanks for looking. Good luck.
