I am relisting this car because even though it sold on E-bay, the buyer was unable to complete the purchase. PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO TITLE. This car will be sold on a bill of sale only. That is how I bought it, and that is how I’ll sell it. It is pick up only. But if you arrange for the shipper to come, I will assist them in loading. I bought this car in 2005 as a retirement project, but I have not worked on the car since I bought it. The pictures show all the parts and pieces that come with the car. And it has been in an attached garage since I bought it so there is very little rust. This would make a very nice sports car if restored. I thought about putting a Geo Metro engine in it, since that engine has as much power as the MG 4 cylinder, but would get around 50 miles per gallon. There are two instrument panels, one that looks original and fairly complete, and one that looks like the previous owner tried to create a custom IP. You get both. I also have three windshields. There is the original Midget windshield, and I planned on changing to an MGB windshield so there are 2 of them, although one is cracked. There are active MG clubs around that can help you find parts. This will be a big job to completely restore, but there is a lot here, and the car is solid. It is just a bigger project than my skills can handle. I did do some investigation, and a GM V-6 will fit. I am selling my condo and moving, so if you buy it, you will need to come and get it within a week or two. Also, I am selling it to raise money for two people I care about, so please don't waste my time with lowball offers.

This is a 1976 MGB Roadster. Anniversary model. I know the history of this car for the last 35 years. never driven in bad weather. Always stored indoors. Everything works. Gauges, lights, heater, wipers, etc........Drives great. Shifts perfect, brakes work great. I just had the carb rebuilt, car tuned and serviced. I have the top tonneau cover and the full passenger compartment tonneau also !!! Both in nice shape. The top is very usable, but shows its 40 years of age. will need to be replaced someday. They are only 305.00 for the orig replacement style. The interior is very nice original condition. No cracks in the dash. Nice gauges. orig floor mats, seats are nice. ...... Wheels are nice and orig paint. Tires have very little miles on them. The body on the car is very solid. No accidents. The floorpan underneath is perfect.. never rusted. the exterior paint is 40 years old and shows some scratches, some small bubbling spots on the bottom of the body. But you would have to look for them. This car was only taken out of the garage on the nicest days, and was never used for a daily driver ever !! Besides the top someday, I wouldn't touch this car !! It is so enjoyable to drive....... would like to see it go to someone that will really care for it for the next 30 years.......

A wonderful complete frame off restoration to the highest quality level. Attention paid to every detail. This car has won numerous ribbons in every Judged British Sportscar Venue in more than 4 States. The paint is correct Red for 1954...and the interior Leather is Camel-Tan...as was fitted in 1954. Side curtains, Tonneau cover, boot cover, Twin rear-view mirrors, correct "Painted Spoke" wheels, seat belts and matching rear mounted spare tire. Please compare...photo to photo, with the other TF's listed on Ebay right now...ours is clearly the finest. Correct painted dash...per factory specs...not like the others... Everything works like new. Starts, shifts and runs like the wind. Transmission shifts smoothly and the brakes stop on a dime. Motor purrs like a kitten, and the ride is very authentic the the period. This classic can continue to be a "show winner", and continue to visit all the Sportcar Shows.... or, perhaps the new owner would like to "Tour" with it, and enjoy it's performance. Either way, this machine will bring much pleasure. Please call me directly with any questions: Jim @ 248-431-8024 (Michigan).

Up for auction is my 1970 MGB Convertible. This is the desirable chrome bumper version with split rear bumper. This is a Midwest car showing 66,383 miles. The engine is a 1973/74 with code 18V672Z-L18200. The engine starts right up with the manual choke and runs strong, no smoke, no overheating, good oil pressure. It does leak a little oil, as many MG’s, but it’s a minor leak and has not been an issue. The twin SU carburetors were rebuilt last year. I have taken the car on several trips, the longest 450 miles and it didn’t skip a beat. I would do more without hesitation. I have added a new gas tank, new fuel pump, NEW brake master cylinder, NEW calipers (not rebuilt), new front pads, new flexible brake lines, new rear wheel cylinders, shoes and drums. I have also installed a NEW clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder. The 4 speed transmission shifts very nice and does NOT pop out of gear. The tires are in great shape, with a bit over 3000 miles on them. The spare tire is new and never been on the ground. The exhaust is OK, has a small crack where the converter used to be, it could be welded. The engine compartment is very clean and looks very nice. The interior: the seats are in good shape, no tears or bad seams. I use a top boot that is in very nice condition. I have a tonneau, like new that has hardly been used. The convertible top is in fair to good condition. I never use it so it’s never been an issue. The plastic window isn’t cracked but a bit foggy. There is a small hole, about the diameter of a pencil that was caused by the frame pinching the material. It could easily be patched. The top windshield gasket/seal needs to be replaced. The carpet is in great condition and I’ve added new rubber MG floor mats. It appears that the original AM/FM radio is installed. It was disconnected and I haven’t tried to hook it up. The speedometer, Tachometer, Oil Pressure, Fuel Gauge, Horn, Turn Signals, Light Switch, Wipers, Heater Fan Switch all work. I installed a new Heater water valve as well. The seat belts are original 1970 belts, not perfect but I prefer them over aftermarket belts. I have a car cover that comes with the car. The previous owner did the body work and paint. The driver and passenger floor, quarters and rockers were replaced. It's not a show car as there are minor nicks and imperfections. I've included a picture of the quarter panel seam, driver side, that is visible. However, you can see from the pictures the car still looks nice and I feel the price reflects the condition. I still get thumbs up when I'm on the road. I enjoy the car for what it is and that is a fun, nice looking, good driving car that is very dependable. I had purchased a 1970 MGB identical to this car – new – in 1970. This car brings back many fine memories but the fact of the matter is that I don’t get in and out of the car as well as I did 45 years ago. I have two other projects that I need to work on and I don’t have room, time or energy for all three. The car is located in South West Michigan, Zip Code 49099 and is available for local pickup or could be shipped via the U-Ship companies listed on E-bay. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgment solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle. Please review the pictures and feel free to ask ANY questions before the auction closes. Inspections are both welcomed and encouraged. A $500 deposit is required via PayPal within 24 hours of auction close. Full Payment is required in 7 days. For payment I accept cash, or cashiers check, or personal check. For checks however, they have to clear before the transaction can be completed. I have a very good rating for the items I have sold on e-bay that I wish to continue. I have described the condition of the vehicle as best i can and have included pictures to show what has been described. Please, if you have any questions ask them before you bid. I will be happy to answer them all.

Relisted due to non paying bidder,........This is a rough but restorable MGA wire wheeled roadster. It suffered an interior fire long ,long ago...(hence no seats are with the car). The rear clip was damaged in this fire and has been replaced with a solid donor clip of the same vintage,(was even same original color!). It will require all of the usual rust repairs, (rockers, lower fenders, etc), and dent repair. The car is quite complete, and I have more parts and spares not shown that will go with the car. The motor is original and present, condition unknown, (doesn't turn over). This car does not come with paper work,( ebay wont let me answer other than clear title, so disregard ), but the vin plate and number are present and it will come with a bill of sale. This wire wheel roadster is worth the effort to save.....

For sale is my 1959 MG MGA Roadster. "The First of a New Line" -- That was the marketing approach for MG as it rolled out its fresh MGA to the public in 1955. These cars were vastly different from any MG prior featuring a wider chassis, lower seating position, a more powerful "B-series" motor etc. It also features independent suspension and rack and pinion steering. The body was a much cleaner design sitting lower and wider with beautiful consistent body lines and a teethy front grill. In total, 101,081 MGA's were produced globally from 1955-1962 in roadster and coupe form with either 1500, 1600, 1600 MKII, and Twin Cam designations. For 1959, only 23,319 were produced globally. Of these, only 6,149 1500 Roadster's were imported to the U.S. which is the second lowest production year behind 1955. Truly a rare car by production number standards and even rarer to see driving down the road which is why it gets so much attention! This '59 model was a past barn find as it sat essentially untouched from, what I was told when I bought it, 1965 to 1995 when it then underwent refreshing to bring it up to road worthy condition. At the time, the interior was cleaned and the motor was gone through to make it run dependently. In 2006, it underwent a fully body off restoration. Do not mistake my words for the car being fully restored, only the body was. The car was taken down to the bare metal and done right with the fenders off. There was very minor rust on the lower rear corners which was properly fixed. The body restoration was professionally done, not a backyard type of job, and I have a book with many pictures of the work. I'd like it to be known as well that the British Racing Green is not the original color. It is originally Glacier Blue, but the BRG is iconic and looks much better than the blue. Also at this time, a new grille, new front and rear bumpers, new wire wheels, and a new banjo steering wheel were all installed. The interior appears to have a lot of originality and features the replacement banjo style steering wheel and original Jaeger and Smith gauges, as well as heat. The seats, arm rest, and door panels appear to be original as the gray would have been offered with the blue exterior but I cannot verify if it is truly original. All of the gauges work except for the fuel gauge and the odometer is showing just under 35,300 miles. I am led to believe this is the original mileage due to the length of time it was in storage (almost 30yrs!) and the fact that the odometer is still working. The engine is the original 1,489cc making 72hp with twin carbs and it starts right up every time with no smoke but has developed a very small exhaust leak from the gasket and it quiets down when the motor heats up and not annoying when driving and enjoying the car. The car possesses good acceleration, smooth shifting through all 4 gears with no whine, good braking, and a tight suspension. The convertible top will need to be replaced but I bought it this way and only drive it on nice sunny days so I never bothered with it. The car comes with the original tonneau cover, and all of the original parts such as: grille, front and rear bumpers, wire wheels and spare, and banjo steering wheel. It also comes with the original tools and a mountain of documentation and pictures. There is over $16,500 in receipts as pictured with $6,700 of this accounting for the high quality body work and paint. The pictures of the restoration are only a handful of the ones I have, there is a whole picture book full of them. Additionally, I'm throwing in all of the memorabilia I have for the car including the owner's manual and some posters. I have also recently ordered a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate. The MGA offered here possesses many opportunities as it is presently of good driver quality vehicle with a very solid frame, body structure, and confident mechanicals. The car is complete and can be driven the way it is or it is a candidate to restore to a high level. Either way, an opportunity at my asking price of $20,000. It gets tons of interest, stares, and thumbs up when I take it out as the pictures don't do it justice, it's a beautiful car. The car is sold as is with no warranties implied. I've described it to the very best of my knowledge. $500 deposit required within 24hrs with the remaining balance to be delivered within 7 days. The car can be picked up, you can arrange shipping and I'll work with your shipper, or I can deliver it within 250 miles for a negotiated fee. Only cash or wire transfer accepted and the car does not leave my possession until all funds have cleared. Clean and clear title in my name.

This 1952 MG TD was brought home by our late Grandfather on December 08, 1971. He worked diligently to put all of the original parts on the car. It is a stunning Yellow on the exterior and Dark Green Interior. The soft top is tan in color. The car has the same engine and transmission numbers. It has been stored in a temperature control building for the entire time. It starts with no issues. It has the original spare tire, rear view mirror.. Each item on this vehicle is original. We want someone to be able to enjoy this timeless vehicle. It has absolutely no dents, scratches or dings. The leather interior is in perfect condition.
