The paint on the hood and the bumper is fading slightly and the rear left window doesn't pull down. Other than that I can not think of any flaws. I drive it to work every morning for 35 miles. Very comfortable cruise control and good gas mileage on the highway. ABS in the Winter is nice. Frequent oil and tire changes. Tires still good for another 10,000-20,000 miles I'd say. 2004 Mercury Sable LS 144,986 miles. I purchased this car from Wayne Ford with 137.600 miles on it on 4/14. I bought it at their auction for 3,600.00 . It was owned by an older couple locally. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it in person. It is extremely clean. Everything works excellent. It has a new battery. and I just put on new rear brakes and changed the oil. it is so clean it’s amazing. . The body is rust free, it has a couple of mild scratches consistent with age. On the lower right front side it has a scratch from the road. Overall its mint. Ac and heat are excellent radio and cd work fine. Power roof and all windows are working. The motor is very strong and the ride is so tight for a car 10 yrs. old. You can take the car to a mechanic of your choice, it is an awesome value for the money.
