This is super nice car,no rust anywhere to be seen paint has great gloss no runs.Chrome and bright work is great.Interior is real nice with only one flaw,a tear on the drivers sideUnderneath looks as good as the topside,no rust or patches.It has power steering (rare for a 4 speed)I was told it is a matching # car,I don't know how to verify.It is a 260 V8,runs and drives great has glass pack mufflers for a period correct sound,glass is great,under the hood has been detailed.wheels and tires look great.I know I have left something out if you have any questions callJohnny @ 606-569-5179 at a reasonable hour or text.

1962 MERCURY COMET 2 DOOR POST 3 ON THE TREE A LITTLE OVER 36000 ORIGINAL MILES WILL GO UP AS I STILL DRIVE IT A LITTLE ALL ORIGINAL BUT THE FUEL PUMP AND GAS TANK BUT I DO STILL HAVE THE 2 ORIGINAL PCS THAT I KEPT I FOUND THIS IN A GARAGE A LITTLE OVER TWO YEARS AGO AND IT HAD BEEN SETTING SINCE 1986 CLEANED UP REAL NICE AFTER GETTING ABOUT 3 INCHES OF DUST OFF IT I AM THE SECOND OWNER CAR RUNS GREAT DOES NEED A NEW SET OF TIRES ROCKERS AND FLOOR PANS ARE GREAT CONDITION STILL HAVE THE ORIGINAL SPARE TIRE BOLTED DOWN IN THE TRUNK A FEW RUST SPECS AS YOU CAN SEE IN PICS NONE BAD AND NONE ALL THE WAY THRU SHOULD BE A EASY CLEAN UP EMAIL WITH ANY QUESTIONS

1965 Mercury Comet 404, original 289 v8, automatic transmission. Older repaint. New radiator, thermostat, new chrome front bumper, and new reproduction correct Autolite battery. Car has a working AM/FM radio. Have an extra front grill, some new rubber, new front brake drums, new wheel cylinders, pads and shoes.
