Selling my hot rod as we will be relocating to Fla shortly. I have owned this car about two years, have driven it very little as I have never registered it. Have taken the car to a couple of local shows, and have taken first place in the custom division at one of the shows. Just added this week, a new Edlebrock 1406 4bbl carb., and new high capacity fuel pump .... with labor, that cost $1,000. Also, recently added 4 new Coker Classic white walls, which now have about 50 miles on them. Also, just recently had 104 louvers punched in the hood, and then repainted, which was quite costly. With the stock frame and suspension, this car handles great ......... runs great ....... and sounds great ! No evidence of rust or any replacement of rockers, floor pans, trunk floor or tire well. As shown, car has been "nosed" and "decked" w/door handles "shaved" & a custom grille added. Headlights & taillights have been "frenched" in. The car has power steering, with a tilt wheel and directionals. Also has power brakes that work fine with this heavy car. The car has a Vintage Air A/C system installed, and has double cooling fans in front of the radiator with a switch on the dash. The 350 small block crate motor is hooked to a four speed overdrive transmission ...... shifts up and down excellent ....... The car does not have "door-poppers" installed ...... a door popper kit is around $100., and is easily installed. Also, the radio does not work ! Car is sold "as is", "where is" .... buy is responsible for removing vehicle ...... vehicle does not move until transaction clears my bank ! Vehicle is also for sale locally .................

An "Old School", rolling work of art ... rare, non-chopped '51 coupe painted Mercedes Black Cherry, with Ghost Flames. Has Chevy 350 small block w/alum. intake and 4bbl carb., hooked to a 4spd overdrive trans. Has power steering & brakes, and a modern steering column with directional, tilt, & Grant wheel. The hood has been "nosed" and corners rounded. The headlights have been "frenched" into the fenders. The front grille & bumper are custom. The door handles have been "shaved", and open with remotes. In the rear, the car has been "decked", with all chrome removed with a trunk release inside the gas door. The side trim has also been removed, and '54 Mercury taillights "frenched" into the rear. Adjustable air shocks are mounted in the rear. The interior and trunk upholstery is all custom made & shows no wear. The front accessory panel house the AM/FM/CD player that play thru 4 speakers & has a power antenna. Over $5,000. in receipts for fairly recent addition of a "Vintage Air" system, controls also mounted in front accessory panel. Quiet, smooth running engine, but with a distinctive exhaust "growl". Floors, rockers, trunk floor & tire well show no signs of rust or repair. Restoration photos included. This Merc. cannot be duplicated for $50K. Relocating to Fla. Cannot take this vehicle. P.S. Underbody has purple neon tubes all around, w/switch on center console .... fully functional !!
