the car needs a little work it has some rust on the rear fenders above the wheels, the climat control needs to be repaired or replaced. It has a new blower motor , the ac condenser fan is new, it has a new interstate 12v battery, it comes with a new spare tire .this is smoke free car.i bought this car from a friend for my wife , but she has had a hip replacement & cant sit long in a car seat. it comes with a car cover & a removable hard top. this would make a good winter project .

Tan two-tone interior (seats are strong and supportive, but interior looks tired;, carpets are the original ones and should be replaced;, no cracks on the original dash top cover). Air-conditioning that works. 3 previous owners. Never in any type of accident. Clean CARFAX. Absolutely original, untouched and RUST-FREE undercarriage! Excellent running/driving car. This 380SL is a great sunny day driver. It's in perfect running order and has full power. It is not a perfect car and may need additional maintenance in the future. The AC worked up until this last summer and the soft top needs to be replaced. It does comes with 2 hard tops(1 light blue and one navy blue). It does have a after market sound system and 6x9 speakers. I do still have the original radio headset(OE). The leather seats are in impeccable condition and are covered in period correct authentic blue sheep skin covers. The car also has new tires all around. 1985 Mercedes 380SL Car runs and shifts (hard like most old Mercedes) and has being driven less than 100 miles a year for past 3 years so it needs a tank of premium ran through it. Front seats need some covers and there are two rust spots under the paint on trunk and drivers front fender (see pictures). A/C is there but doesn't work and heater fan needs to be replaced. Clear coat is coming off of hood.Convertible top is new and stored for last 3 years as the car had a hardtop (being sold separately for $300). The new canvas top cost almost $1000 installed. Power windows and mirrors work, new Kenwood stereo with speakers, chrome is nice on wheels and fender/bumpers, rear seats are immaculate. Battery appears to be new. Car has a clear California Title; is registered on a non-operational and if purchased in California it will NOT come with a smog certificate but it did pass the last time it was done. Car has original owners manual showing car was purchased in Kansas and has OEM car jack and spare wheel/tire

Classic Mercedes Benz 380 SL Roadster, with both hard and soft tops. This classic R107 is a southern vehicle with no rust. It has been treated to extensive maintenance and repairs (have receipts), and runs and drives well. The paint presents well, but certainly has some patina. The interior shows some wear, but is all original. This is a great classic, ready to cruise and enjoy now. Lights and gauges work, good stereo. The original owner updated the car with the wheels, front valance and third brake light of the newer 560 SL version. The second family owned the car for many years, where it was a cherished toy. After years of enjoyment, she had it thoroughly gone through and then passed it to her daughter. The daughter drove the car sparingly while attending a local college. 1984 Mercedes SL 380 Color code is 172 Anthracite Grey (anthrazitgrau) Metallic, but it looks green to me. The analog clock and thermometer work perfectly! The car was just painted to remove some prior oxidation, and scratches were also touched up. The car will also come with touch up paint. The hood and trunk exterior look excellent on top with the new paint. There are some nicks and scratches here and there. This is after all a 31 year old car. Factory Hard Top looks good. It also has some minor scratches here and there. There are some minor rust spots in common places on the SL's, like behind the headlights, and near the wheels which I've noted in pictures. I don't want anyone to think that this is a concourse car, but it appears to have been well maintained throughout the years. I've had another SL prior to this one, and this one really runs and drives well. It starts right up. Idles extremely well, and runs very quiet like an 80's Mercedes SL should! Recent oil change. Runs very well. The exhaust was done pretty recently according to the last owner who had it for 5 years. Prior to that I was told it was owned by the Serbian Embassy in Washington, DC Brakes and tires are good Interior looks very good. It has blue MBtex synthetic leather with grey accents. Mercedes Benz floor mats. Aftermarket Radio works well and the automatic antenna works well also. Title is clear and ready for you to license it. Be sure to add me to your favorites list!This 1984 380 SL is a pure summer car. It has all original mercedes parts and runs very well. I drive it on the weekends and use purely as a weekend car. I have an additional navy blue hard top that will come with the vehicle. This is not a show car, its a daily driver and it does it very well.
