The car runs perfect without mechanical issue to tell you about. The V8 motor is strong and smooth, the transmission shifts perfectly, brakes suspension and exhaust are tip-top and there are no warning lights, no leaks, and you can drive it across the country tomorrow if you’d like. The interior is a beauty with perfect genuine leather power and heated seats, immaculate carpets and mats, perfect headliner and dash and all the power options function including factory navigation and cold A/C. The body of the car is a real beauty with no dents or heavy marks and shiny black paint that looks great from every angle. The car is starting to show first signs of paint rust on the quarter panels and door bottoms but no holes, no weak spots in the metal and just normal bubbling you would see on most 15 year old ones and that’s the only cosmetic fault you’ll find. The factory wheels look nice and have a one year-old set of Hankook Ventus tires. They will accommodate all our customers within their normal business hours which are 9-5PM on weekdays and on Saturdays from 9-12PM. You can of course bring your own temp tags if you prefer. It is mandatory that if you need plates you arrive within these business hours and bring with you your drivers license and your insurance card for your present car. Names, addresses and dates must be valid on both items. Wholesale to the Public We are wholesalers in the automobile business since 1949 and the mainstay of our business is to supply other dealers with vehicles that we have either traded or purchased in a wholesale capacity “as-is” with no warranties either expressed or implied. Regarding Liens None of our cars are sold with existing liens on them and all titles are in hand when the cars are sold. Since eBay has decided to include history reports on all the old cars as well as the late models, there are lien records showing up on the reports. All cars have had liens on them at one time or another especially when they were newer. Our cars do not have existing liens. Administrative Fee We have sold over 5000 cars on eBay in the last six years and have never charged any fees. However, the cost of doing business recently has skyrocketed out of sight and we are forced at this time to ask for a nominal $75 fee on top of the price of the car sold and any motor vehicle fees. I truly apologize for this change in policy however the cost of doing business and the increasing number of no show bidders dictates this moderate administrative fee. “Prior to re-conditioning” We test drive our cars prior to offering them for sale on this auction and any faults are disclosed to the best of our ability. We do not run them through a service facility but rely on our experience to tell you what problems they may have. Our prices are generally way below the average retail values listed in the most popular pricing guides so our cars are not detailed or re-conditioned but sold in the same way they were purchased or traded. They are simply washed and put out for sale. You will not find the motors cleaned and you won’t find shiny protectorates such as “Armor-All” on them and the cars will be in their original traded condition. This allows you to buy the car for less money and me to do less work. If you are receptive to buying a car in this fashion, the savings are yours. Because we sell our cars all over the world and in every state, inspections are not guaranteed in any state as each state differs in their requirements so it is virtually impossible for us to guarantee inspection. Options such as power windows, cruise control, air conditioning etc. are not guaranteed however we will do our best to mention any items that are not working. Check engine lights and others will be mentioned if they are showing. We will not under any conditions guarantee the check engine lights or any dash warning lights and we do not do a diagnosis to see what it is because they can come on at any time for any number of reasons so these lights are not guaranteed if they come on for you. Our requirements are that the high bidder should pay an immediate deposit of $500 via PayPal upon completion of the auction and the car should be paid in full within 7 days via cashiers check, cash if in person or money order. The deposit can also be made over the phone via MasterCard or Visa; however, payment in full cannot be made with a credit card or PayPal. If payment of the car is not fulfilled within the specified time, the car will be offered for re-sale and feedback will be left accordingly. Let’s not waste each other’s time.
