At the time, it had 50k original miles and I’ve added a few miles in the last year and a half of ownership. Yet ANOTHER Clean Southern Ride! This vehicle is riding on a BRAND NEW set of Continental® touring tires! Service and Inspection Report – Value Added: I bought this vehicle from a Mercedes/Porsche dealer in Tampa Florida who has a network of premium dealerships across the country. I was looking for one that was ultra clean and ready to drive. This car was rated as a 5.0/5.0 and I bought it based upon the dealer’s representation. I have been beyond pleased with this car. I’ve driven it about 17k miles since purchase and it has been absolutely awesome to drive. There is plenty of power on tap, more than you will ever use! Like any vehicle that comes through my hands, it has been well maintained and in good order. The CD player sometimes gave me trouble so I had a new “Command” unit installed by the local MB dealer. My cost on the item was $1,600 but I wanted the navigation and sound system to be first class, just like Mercedes designed. Over my course of ownership, all of the required maintenance has been done including a fresh oil/filter change using Mobile 1 synthetic oil as designated by MB, new dual air filters, new spark plugs, new front rotors, brake fluid change and new serpentine belt. Finally, I installed a brand new set of Continental® touring tires to make the vehicle just right! Shop around and then ADD IT UP! Why buy one that needs work? How much will that cost you in addition to the car itself? The items that we serviced would easily cost you $3,500 if you did all of this after the sale. You can always pay less. Have for sale a 1997 Mercedes Benz S420 W140 with 22 inch rims and brand new tires for sale. The car has 135,466 original miles. The A/C needs to be charged. It needs a paint job as the car has been sitting under a tree collecting pollen and sap and causing the peeling also wheels need chrome to be polished from the sap. Leather Interior is in good shape with no rips or tears in the leather. The headliner needs to be fixed around the sunroof area. The engine is a 4.2 litre V-8. The lowest I will take is $5500 CASH or $3500 without the 22's. The Mercedes parking pole on the front passenger side is not included with the car.

Another great option featured on this car is Merecedes night vision screen system. This allows for much better vision when in a dark environment.
