Carfax shows THEFT history and Yes, that is how I bought it, BUT this vehicle was NEVER in any accidents and has NO paintwork!!! That was the reason that I bought it. It had some minor theft, was recovered not long after being "stolen". Not sure if it was actually ever stolen, because I have the original key!!! Really not sure what the story was with that entry in carfax, but it really doesn't matter at this point. I've personally invested over $10000 into servicing this vehicle. Every Mercedes fan or I would say "a 600 fan" knows that these cars need maintenance after about 60xxx miles and any and every 600 Mercedes anyone tries to buy would need the service I've done no matter what. You might need to do it between 40xxx-50xxx OR 60xxx-70xxx, but YOU WILL NEED TO DO ALL OF THE THINGS I'VE DONE!!! The car is really nothing but joy to drive, reason of me selling is the fact that I'm moving and won't be able to spend as much time here in Sunny Florida as previously planned and I can't have Rear Wheel Drive car in NY when I'm moving in the nearest future. This vehicle could be test driven, inspected by any shop of your preference. I personally use ONLY Mercedes Specialized shops as well as Mercedes Service centers for all the service and repairs and would recommend you do the same, others just don't know Mercedes as good as you'd want them to, specially the 600's. I have copies of all receipts/service records etc. I"m asking $42000 OBO, please no low balers. I'm into this car for over $50000 and I can prove it, I'm willing to lose some money, but please don't insult me! The car is absolutely 100%, there isn't one thing on it that doesn't work or works poorly. I can proudly say that THIS IS THE BEST 2007/2008 CL600 IN THE COUNTRY for this kind of $$$!!!
