2009 MERCEDES BENZ ML63 AMG For sale is our 2009 MERCEDES BENZ ML65 AMG. This is my wife’s car and we are the second owners. We bought this car a little over two years ago from the MB dealer in Tampa, FL and it was a CPO Factory Warranty vehicle (Expired August of 2014). The car has the Metallic Black paint with beautiful Black Leather/Suede interior, and is in immaculate condition inside and out. Everything in this car is in perfect working order as in the moment it left the factory. There are no warning lights on the message center, all lights work as they should, and all switches and knobs operate as they were intended to. All maintenance records are available from all visits to the original selling dealer, and from the minimal maintenance work and servicing required during our two years of ownership. Our service work was done at the local MB Dealership – Superior Mercedes Benz of NWA. I can email these in a PDF file (at least 8 or 10 pages) if you are interested in going thru them. The title is clean and the Carfax/Autochek shows no accident history of any kind. I will try to describe the car all around and provide as many pictures as I can. If you'd like to see additional pictures or if you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to me via ebay messages. I will do my best to reply as quickly as I can. Exterior: The paint on the car is in near perfect condition. It shines like new and has no significant damage anywhere on the car. It has been washed & waxed regularly since we got it, and always parked indoors. The wheels and tires are in great condition with plenty of tread life left, and there are no scratches or curb rash on the rims. Having spent most of its life in Florida and some time here in NWA, it has rarely ever seen snow and definitely no salt roads here in the mid-south. However, there are some imperfections I to be mentioned: · There is a scratch on the paint on the top of the passenger side of the rear bumper. I have not messed with it or tried to fix it, and it is barely noticeable unless you are actually looking for it. · There is a scratch on the passenger side rear quarter panel. I did this myself backing the car into the garage and hitting the rearview mirror of my motorcycle. It has been buffed and it is almost impossible to see. · The hood has two rock chip spots that were touched up by the prior owner. Again, I have not messed with these as almost invisible. Although I pride myself of keeping my cars' paint in excellent shape, this is a 5 year old car and may have some minor imperfections that I may have learned to live with. In all, I would not expect anyone to be disappointed with it. Interior: The interior of this car is in perfect shape. I always strive to keep our cars clean at all times, and this one is no exception. There are absolutely no tears or scratches on the leather, and no stains or damage on the carpet or headliner. I have been very careful to place something to act as a cushion between the rear seat and the baby seat, so there is no evidence of it ever been there. No one has ever smoked inside this car. Power seat adjustments work in all directions and for all functions for both driver and passenger seats, as do the heated/cooled seat functions – this last one is an awesome feature for hot summer days, as well as to keep the warm air flowing thru your back on really cold days. All interior lights work, all switches and Command Radio/HVAC/Navigation/Phone buttons and features function the way they should. The dashboard and instrument panel are in perfect condition. Door panels are clean as well, with no scratches or damage. The factory logo floor mats are all in great condition, and I will include a second set of rubber mats all around (can be seen in the picture of the back of the car), as well as the cargo area liner and rolling cover. The automatic opening/closing trunk-lid system works perfectly as well. I have three programmed key fobs, plus the valet/emergency key and all the books/manuals. There is also a complimentary emergency first aid in the trunk storage compartment. The factory rear DVD screens in the back work great and allow rear passengers to play different movies on each, using the Command DVD loader as the source, or the center console mounted player in the back. Drivetrain: The car currently has 54.875 miles, and it had about 45.000 when we bought it. It has been serviced regularly with oil changes per the scheduled maintenance program (once a year changes, since we do not drive the total mileage required between changes). Any noise, vibration or concern with it has been addressed by the local MB dealership. In addition to this, I have taken it to the dealer for check-ups due to software glitches/upgrades that were needed, particularly since the car would sometimes spend three months at a time sitting in the garage. Since then, no issues have been detected. All service records are available from the dealer service and maintenance work. The car runs smooth at highway speeds, shifts are as soft as expected, and brakes are some of the best you will ever try in an SUV. Conditions of Sale: I have priced the car reasonably and I am willing to hear offers. I will require a $500 deposit from the winner once the auction is complete. We can arrange for full payment once we are in contact. I will only accept cash in hand or a cashier’s check. I am the full owner of the car and hold the title in hand; I will sign over title once the check is deposited. I will be happy to help arrange/coordinate with a transport for shipping the car to an out of state buyer.
