Would like to sell my 1999 SLK-Class 230 Kompressor. We are expecting our first child, and would like another 4 seater for a backup car rather than the roadster. The car is in very good condition for it's age, with some minor cosmetic defects - luckily the interior is black so small scratches don't show much (look at others with beige or red paint interiors that show scratches terribly with the painted plastic components). Also, exterior has minor defects (paint chips, dings, etc) but this car looks and runs great! This car originated from Florida and owned by a retiree prior to my purchasing it, hence the low mileage. Very quick and a fun little car in the sun! 2.3 Liter 4 Cylinder, Supercharged, Inter-cooler, Push-button Power Hardtop Convertible (open or close in 25 seconds), Power Windows, Power Locks with Keyless Remote, Cruise Control, Fog Lights, CD with Bluetooth, Automatic, AC and Heat works fantastic, Leather Seats are in great shape!It has New Rear Tires, New Spark Plugs!SRS light is on due to what seems to be a seatbelt or seat weight sensor, and gears in the power mirrors slip when trying to adjust, but neither have impact on drivability - again, minor issues for an otherwise great fun car!Asking $6200 OBO or possibly trade for a low mileage sporty 4 seater.Let me know if you have any questions!Thanks.
