This is the 560SL you have been looking for! Ultra low 28,256 actual documented 2 owner miles. The first owner was a Microsoft executive who purchased the car for his wife on the West Coast. The second owner is a dear friend and fellow Mercedes collector who asked me to list the car for him insofar is he is not the most computer savvy guy and isn't much of a talker. The car is a impeccable example of a no paint work (Mils 3.5) no stories car. Signal red over black with perfect burlwood veneers, a crack free dash and basically a car that looks and drives like brand new, as it should with 28k miles on it. My friend bought the car years ago and stored it on stands and drove it about 100 miles a year. The original Pirelli tires are included but not safe to drive on anymore. All original glass, perfect original soft top and hard top. The car is leak free and goes to Mercedes for a check up every year. The car is leak free and tight! Most of the original stickers are on suspension components. The wheels have no curb rash and this is most likely the finest kept SL at any mileage. This car was bought as a perfect car, maintained to those standards throughout the years. Included is the window sticker, maintenance log, tool kit, hang tags, supporting maintenance records. POWER DOOR LOCKS !!! POWER MIRRORS !!! GOOD MILES !!! EXCELLENT CONDITION !!! BEAUTIFUL COLOR COMBO !!! THIS ONE'S BEEN VERY WELL CARED FOR !!! NEWER TIRES AND NEW FRONT BRAKES !!! I am the 2nd owner and have taken care this Mercedes its entire life. She is a Scottsdale Arizona car, that has had a short stent in the Chicago area, but has not been driven in any harsh winter weather. I have had her garaged its entire life . All A & B service has been done by a Certified Mercedes Dealer both in Chicago and Scottsdale. I have all service records Next service is due in 10000 miles. This car has never had any children or pets in it or even close to it. The interior is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. The front seating area does not have any rips or rears and hardly has any noticeable areas of wear. The are no cracks in the dash. Door panels and carpet look great. The back seating area looks new I have had very few passengers who have sat in the back seats. The carpet, door panels look great. Everything in the interior works as it should. The exterior paint looks new at 10 feet. There are normal rock chip marks but most have been touched up. There are no major dents but there are a few small scratches. The windshield and all glass is good without chips or cracks. The wheels have some curb rash that is recent due to curbs here in Chicago. We don't have curbs in Scottsdale and we do not parallel park. I have the original hood ornament, all manuals, 1st aid kit etc. I had the car shipped from Scottsdale to Chicago it did not make the cross country trip on the road. Give this car to your Freshman heading off to college and they will have a great car after graduation! I will have a complete $150 detail inside and out before it is shipped. Hello & thank you for looking. I am posting this 2003 Mercedes Benz SL500 for a family member that has retired and is moving out of state. Due to the fact they already have cars at their new location, they have decided to sell this one. This vehicle was purchased brand new & has been female driven since day one. Very few passengers over the years, so the interior is near perfect. Although located in the Chicagoland area, it has never seen a Chicago winter. It has always been garage kept and has never been through a mechanical car was. Always hand washed. This has always been a non-smoking vehicle & has never been in a major collision. This vehicle is still under a non-factory third party warranty until November 2015.
