This Car is being Sold As-IS 1975 Mercedes 450 SL Convertible. I recently purchased this car, and removed it from where it has sat idle for a little over 25 years. This car was in process of being restored when it was let sit (inside) This Car appears to have almost no rust. The car and trunk are packed full of parts, as of now I have not taken any inventory or removed any parts. Once I start pulling out the parts, I will clean them and sell them individually.I do not know specifics as to what is there, but there are a lot of parts. The car has a hard top, and soft top. There are new fenders, glass, and panels included. Some are installed, some are not. Brand new windshield is set on the car, but not installed. It is hard to see through the thick dust from having been stored for so long. I would prefer to only sell to people who can come see the car in person as it sits. Buyer would need to arrange shipping but I will help as much as possible. I can also deliver locally but confirm with me about your location before planning on having me deliver. I am also parting out another 1976 450SL I will make a great deal with buyer for that shell for spare parts / hardware ect. The parts on this car sold individually are worth close to double my asking price, plus Im willing to accept any reasonable offers. The car comes with a bill of sale, and other documents to register in Connecticut. Connecticut does not issue titles for cars of this vintage. If you plan to register this car in a different state, please confirm with your states DMV that the paperwork I have will be sufficient. This car is sold strictly AS-IS, AS-SEEN, please look at pictures, or come see the car in person. I make no guarantees to actual condition, or that all required parts to restore are included.
