If you still have questions please do not hesitate to call or email us. Mechanically this SL is in excellent condition. The 302hp V8 engine starts right up, does not smoke, and has loads of power. The 5 Speed Electronic Touch Shift Automatic Transmission shifts very smoothly through all the gears without any slippage. The Active Suspension System operates properly as well. The A/C blows ice cold and the heater will roast you! The Anti Lock Brakes are complimented by Brake Assist and Electronic Stability Program w/Slip Control. The front rotors are drilled to help keep them cool for optimum performance. The retractable hard top operates properly and does not leak. All Power equipment is operating properly without any issues. The tires have the following tread depths: Right Front 9/32", Left Front 8/32", Right Rear 4/32", Left Rear 9/32". I would not think twice about taking a cross country road trip in this awesome Roadster! Dropping the top and cranking up the impressive Bose Sound System would make the trip extremely enjoyable!! Cosmetically this SL500 is a head turner!! The Black paint has a deep glossy shine, the body is straight, and all body panels are original. The Ash Two-Tone Leather looks very good without any tears or holes. The wood trim is in excellent condion and the dash is free from cracks and is not faded. The carpet is very clean and does not have any stains. The interior of this SL does not look like it is 12 years old!! The body does not have any dings and all panels line up nicely. There is a scratch on the drivers side door that is just under 1 inch long (see pic) and a couple of scratches just below the driver side headlight on the bumper (see pic). The windscreen also has a tear (see pic). This SL also has the original spare, compressor, tool kit, and cargo net! We also have the original window sticker which we included in the pictures! It had an original MSRP of $87955.00 and that did not include the 19" AMG Wheels!! If you still have questions please do not hesitate to call or email us. Mechanically this SL is in excellent condition. The 302hp V8 engine starts right up, does not smoke, and has loads of power. The 5 Speed Electronic Touch Shift Automatic Transmission shifts very smoothly through all the gears without any slippage. The Active Suspension System operates properly as well. The A/C blows ice cold and the heater will roast you! The Anti Lock Brakes are complimented by Brake Assist and Electronic Stability Program w/Slip Control. The front rotors are drilled to help keep them cool for optimum performance. The retractable hard top operates properly and does not leak. All Power equipment is operating properly without any issues. The tires have the following tread depths: Right Front 9/32", Left Front 8/32", Right Rear 4/32", Left Rear 9/32". I would not think twice about taking a cross country road trip in this awesome Roadster! Dropping the top and cranking up the impressive Bose Sound System would make the trip extremely enjoyable!! Cosmetically this SL500 is a head turner!! The Black paint has a deep glossy shine, the body is straight, and all body panels are original. The Ash Two-Tone Leather looks very good without any tears or holes. The wood trim is in excellent condion and the dash is free from cracks and is not faded. The carpet is very clean and does not have any stains. The interior of this SL does not look like it is 12 years old!! The body does not have any dings and all panels line up nicely. There is a scratch on the drivers side door that is just under 1 inch long (see pic) and a couple of scratches just below the driver side headlight on the bumper (see pic). The windscreen also has a tear (see pic). This SL also has the original spare, compressor, tool kit, and cargo net! We also have the original window sticker which we included in the pictures! It had an original MSRP of $87955.00 and that did not include the 19" AMG Wheels!! New headlights and LED tail lights and mirror lights. Lorinser F1 bumper. Lowered and 1yr old KMAC adjustable camber caster and toe kits in front and rear. Recently replaced all coils plugs wires, airmatic shocks and pump rear and front, MAF, crank sensor, rear main seal replaced. All of the typical expensive repairs have been done recently. This car is my baby. It is fully loaded. It has the bi-xenon headlights that turn when you turn the wheel to illuminate the road and corners at all time. It also has the fog lamps that turn on when you turn the wheel or turn on your indicators to help illuminate corners also. It has front and rear park distance sensors, cruise control, navigation, Harman Kardon speakers, MP3/CD 6-disc changer and also a single-disc slot. This car has the electronic trunk opener and closer, keyless GO, heated and ventilated front seats, 4-zone (quad-zone) AC, panoramic roof, airmatic height adjustable and electronic dampening suspension, Sirius/XM capable radio, multi-way adjustable seats with adjustable lumbar and side bolsters, rear power sunshade, rear side glass manually retractable shades, there is a very expensive solar tint that we put on the glass that helps to reduce the UV/radiant heat entering the car. This car has new 19" BremmerKraft wheels and Continental ExtremeContact DW tires that were installed in the car in April. I also have the stock OEM 18" wheels. The 2 front air struts were replaced not too long ago and come with lifetime warranties. Both valve cover gaskets were replaced, all fuel injectors were taken out, sonically cleaned, o-rings replaced and reinstalled, intake manifold gasket was also replaced at the same time. New rear pads and rotors were recently installed also. There are a few small rock chips on the hood and there is a small dent on the rear quarter panel behind the gas filler door and on the pillar near the rear glass. This car has been great mechanically and electrically and has not given me any problems. I have ONLY used the recommended Mobil 1 0w-40 oil in this car and Mercedes dealer oil filters.I am the 3rd owner of this car and it was always a fun weekend car for me, but with the purchase of 2 new daily drivers for myself and the wife it is no longer financially feasible to keep this car.
