This deposit is non-refundable unless the vehicle fails the buyer’s personal inspection or pre-purchase inspection from a qualified facility. We accept credit cards (maximum $3,000.00 USD), financing with our lenders, outside financing, money order, cashier's check, and personal checks. Personal checks must clear before any vehicle(s) will be released. The remaining balance (USD) must be paid in full within 7 days after the end of auction. Once a deposit is placed on a vehicle we reserve the right to inspect the vehicle within 48 hours for a post-sale inspection. Once the vehicle has been inspected post-sale then the buyer can arrange for a post-sale inspection. Due to unforeseen recommended repairs, additional time may be required to prepare the vehicle for sale. 3. We have disclosed as much information as possible about our vehicles through pictures and written descriptions. All buyers are required to verify the condition of the vehicle they are buying.
