Up for sale is my 1992 Mercedes 500SL. This car is a time machine. Very low miles and looks and runs perfectly. This was my pride and joy 15 years ago when I sold it to my older sister and her husband. He is a very picky jet mechanic and kept this vehicle in flawless condition. Always garaged and driven regularly without racking up a lot of miles. I bought the car back from her this past year and it is time for me to sell it. The new owner will not be disappointed! The paint is original and has a beautiful shine. The interior is excellent condition with only minor scuffing on the driver's side seat bolster. Carpets, headliner, glass, trim, etc is excellent. Mechanically flawless. Recent accessory drive belt and distributor caps and rotors. Crazy cold air conditioning. All gauges, lights, wipers, radio, windows, seats, cruise, etc work exactly as they are supposed to. This car passed the VA state safety inspection this past April. Nice Michelin Pilot Sport tires and a straight and smooth ride. Engine compartment is super clean. No drips or leaks. The original convertible top is in very good condition. All top mechanicals and sequencing is perfect. The rear bumper cover has a small area where the paint is flawed. you can see it in one of the photos. The car starts, stops, turns, accelerates, sounds, and smells exactly they way Mercedes intended. Accident free with no stories. Zero rust. This car is collector quality.
