Up for sale is my 1995 Mercedes S420. It’s a beautiful California car with absolutely zero rust anywhere. It’s all original and in excellent condition with only a few small dings and scuffs on the exterior. The undercarriage is flawless and still has all the original exhaust in place looking nearly new. The interior looks just about brand new, beautiful tan leather to match the beige exterior paint. It even has a wonderful new-car leather smell to it on the inside. The dash is perfect, seats are extremely nice, all gauges clear and functional. Power sunroof works perfectly and opens in two different ways. All power windows work perfectly and are fast and smooth. Power tilt wheel. Everything works on this car. Hot heat, cold AC. What really caught my attention about this car is how it drives. It is hands-down the quietest, smoothest vehicle I’ve ever driven. The engine is utterly reliable and very well-maintained. It fires right up every time and idles at 600 RPM and you can hardly tell it’s running because it’s so smooth. The window glass is double-paned for sound proofing from the factory. The power seats are incredibly comfortable and let you adjust your body to the perfect position. This is a powerful, well-mannered car that’s a pleasure to drive. The suspension is nice and tight and the car has newer tires. Brakes are perfect. The Bose stereo is awesome, delivering some of the best bass response from a factory system you can get. It comes with the original owner’s manual and first aid kit. I am selling the car at a great price because it does have a hard time shifting into 3rd and 4th gears when the engine nears operating temperature. It shifts perfect for the first 10-15 minutes of your drive, then it slowly starts acting up. I’ve never heard of a transmission doing this, and other than that the car is very reliable and runs perfect. This is my first Mercedes ever, so I figured I’d pass it on to somebody with more knowledge than myself with these cars. The transmission fluid is bright and pink with no offensive smell to it, so I can’t imagine there would be too much wrong with the internal workings of the transmission itself. . Maybe it’s a sensor, I don’t really know! I’m a private seller and have a clear California title to the car in my name. Please feel very free to email or call with any and all questions. The car is for sale locally as well, so this listing may end at any moment. Thank you. Brad 562-240-9055
