Photos Below. 127 good photos but large size files. Please leave the page open and allow them to load. Up for sale is a vehicle out of my collection. I owned a fleet of W108's and one of my vehicles, which I restored to 100% perfection, was the highest priced sold W108 in history. My buyer, who's name I do not disclose, is a Royalty and we all know his name. I sold all my W108's and this is the last one. I only have one long wheel base left, which will be my next restoration project. The reason I mention everything is because I want my buyers to know that you are buying from someone who knows this vehicles, knows what it needs to have to have value. There are many vehicles on the market you can buy but are they worth the money you will spend to restore? Will they be worth anything after you put in thousands of dollars? This particular car is the kind that is worth restoring and it is the car that will be worth money as a classic. There are two factors that make the car worth money. Number one, is the sunroof and the second is the fact that it is a floor shifter. It is very rare to catch them both on the same V8 car. Thats what makes this car valuable and rare. This is an awesome restoration material and you can be confident investing in it. As I mentioned, my vehicle sold at a price of a Mercedes 600 and it was a W108, 4.5, because it was a floor shifter and it had sunroof and it was fully restored. The car has no oil leaks. It has fair paint and is very presentable. The interior is fine. Carpets are fair. Seats are fair. Door panels are fair. All glass is fair and so is chrome. Sunroof works perfectly. Car has no real rust. It has minimal surface rust in couple of areas, which is very common on a car this age and mostly this model. The undercarriage is perfectly fine. Inside the trunk is clean and was painted for a cleaner look. The vehicle drives very nice. I drove miles and miles in it. As you can tell the wires inside the engine compartment were replaced. The car has a newer Interstate battery. If you are looking for a car to restore, this is it. If you were looking for a car to drive, this is it. it is a very presentable car. Does not need to be restored. Can be driven for years before you decide to restore it. Remember, that cars with options like this is always going to be worth money. Good luck with the purchase All inspections are welcome. I much rather have the buyer inspect the vehicle than have them tell me I was hiding something, which I am not. As you can understand, I am looking for a safe sale and someone that understands that this is not a brand new C class. It is a classic vehicle and has flaws. It will until you restore it fully and probably even after that it will have flaws that only you will know. Wire transfers and checks only. Locals will pay cash or wires. Thank you

Amazing condition, Full Service History Original/Stock Classic Pillarless Coupe. Beautiful 70's classic design mixed with German over engineering. I believe these W114 cars will start going up in value just like the earlier models. Originally Purchased and Serviced by Mercedes-Benz of N.A. Jacksonville, Florida, then moved to Huntsville, AL before coming to the Northwest in 1987. I would not hesitate driving this car cross-country. Includes Original owners Manual, Maintenance booklet, Owner's Emissions Systems Manual and Official Mercedes Spare Parts Catalog (with full parts diagrams and exploded views). Original Factory Data Card included as is a 1974 Full Line Brochure. Seems to be all original paint with a few areas of localised touch up. All original Factory Glass. Mercedes "Dark Olive" (Code 291) with Original Green MB-Tex interior (Code 166). Original Factory Tool Roll with Spark plug socket. Original Factory jack in good condition. Original Factory Spare tire from 1974 that still holds air! (probably still some "West German" air in there!) It's a Dunlop SP 175 SR 14 Made in Germany with a date code of 274. The Tire has no cracking but the rubber compound is hard. Audio is a Clarion PE-751A that according to the receipt cost $444.46 in 1979!! 4 speed Automatic Transmission with Floor Shifter. Rebuilt at approx 120,000 with receipts. Starts as it should in second gear and runs through the gears well with no flares or clunks. No delay going into reverse either. Kick-Down works. Foot operated Windshield Washer also works. All dash lights and guages work except for the clock which only works intermittantly (I can hear it working but the dial doesn't always wake up. Odo, Trip Odo and Speedo work great and are accurate according to GPS. Heat and defrost Slides move easily and freely. Blower works in all speeds and defrosts quickly. This is important because as most of you know, the car was built around the blower! Vacuum door locks work great. Photo's don't show the door pockets, but they are present and will be included with the car. Brakes have great bite and stop the car on a dime. Power Steering system works great with no notchiness or noises. Factory A/C car but cannot confirm it works as there is no belt. All A/C components are present and appear to be in good condition. Original wood in great condition with no cracks or peeling. Non Sunroof car. Headliner and cross bows in great condition. Dash Odo shows 61,XXX miles, (5 Digit Odo) but as this is my Daily Driver, this will increase. Original green Floor mats and carpeting in good condition. Original MB-Tex in fantastic condition with no rips and tears. Doors close with a typical Mercedes "Thunk"...Better than most recent cars never mind one that is almost 42 years old! Power windows Open and close with full range except Driver's side rear window. Not sure if switch or something else, but glass is firmly on track and fully closed. Original Hub-Caps in great condition with one missing some paint. Original trunk mat included, but could be replaced as it's hardened over the last 40 years. Trunk light works. Interior dome light works as it should with the door and the rear light which is controlled by a dash switch works also. All floors are solid and appear sound with only the Passenger side showing a half inch by 5 inch section of rust. Small rust area in front of the rear subframe on the passenger side. I have not touched these small area with POR-15 or any other anti-rust as I wanted it to be very clear to the Buyer. All four wheel arches are sound with no evidence of even surface rust. I have been all over this car with a magnet and could not find any issues. Center exhaust box and rear muffler replaced with original tip . (The exhaust they removed was original but had too many holes to keep) Wipers are quiet and work in all modes. The Dual Cam M110 runs great with no smoking or oil burning even at full throttle. The 4 Barrel carb works great (Solex 4A1) with both the Auto choke and secondarys functioning as they should. Base plate appears sound with no warping or vacuum leaks. All hard fuel lines in excellent shape. Driveline Flex disks appear in good shape. Recent Service with new plugs, wire-set and Bosch Distributor cap and rotor. Last month I had the starter replaced, drive shaft center support replaced, oil changed, sway bar links, and all hoses replaced by a certified Mercedes shop, all at a cost of $1800. My plan was to have it repainted but I have another more expensive project I just took on, so sadly this car has to go. "Mercedes Service Manual - Passenger Cars Starting 1968, Series 114-115. Maintenance - Tuning - Unit Replacement" will also be included. More Photo's here: flickr.com/photos/54907251@N06/albums/72157660132508457

Here is a car i purchased years ago from Universal Studios in Hollywood this was a movie car in the movie Anywhere But Here, Starring Susan Serandon, Do a Google search to see this car. This vehicle runs Great! we purchased new tires last week and installed new brakes and battery. we hate to give up our beautiful car, but Illness forces sale. Again interior needs help, body is rust free from being a California and Nevada car. One dent on front fender from bowling ball falling on it in the garage, other than that body is straight we left the faded paint original so the new owner could do a professional paint job. this car needs exterior and interior restoration but engine is all original and runs strong! Interior is not in good condition, as my nephew started to refurbish it and never finished and i just do not have the time. all parts are in the trunk. Tear on front seat is from his screwdriver in back pocket. sorry. We will answer any questions you might have on this car. Free and clear Nevada title in hand.

I am selling my '83 Mercedes 240D. I am the second owner and I bought this car from a family friend, who was also the original owner, this last October. I am selling it since I have moved into a new apartment and do not have the parking space for both of my cars anymore. The car is in excellent condition both in and out, there are no cracks in the leather or interior and the engine runs great. The sunroof is also fully functional. Windows and locks are manual, not power. The car passed NV smog no problem. It is a 4 speed manual transmission and with only 183k miles; which works out to this car being driven less than 6000 milles per year. It has been well taken care of and this car is still cherry since diesel engines are known to run well above 500k+ miles. The only fault with the car is a hole in the upholstery in the ceiling in the back seat, which was caused by my wife pulling her skis out of the back of the car at the wrong angle and thereby making the hole. It also does not have a radio installed, wiring is primed and ready for one though. I am willing to negotiate on the asking price; however, I know what this car is worth and I am in no rush to sell it, so please, do not low ball on the asking price. Please contact me prior to buying to discuss shipping/pick up of vehicle. Any buy or bid without first doing this will be canceled. I am a fair person, but I do not like to play games or have my time wasted; so if you buy this car, pay the deposit, and then decide to cancel the transaction after more than 72 hours has elapsed, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT!!!

THE LARGEST BENTLEY AND ROLLS ROYCE BOOK AND ACCESSORY STORE ON EBAY HAS ANOTHER JEWEL TO OFFER TO THE COMMUNITY. Due to very large and high resolution photo files you must leave the page open to load all 400 photos. It will take about 5 minutes to load all photos. What you are about to see is breathtaking. If you have any automobile weaknesses or have heart problems I advice you not to see this car. THE LUGGAGE IN THE PHOTOS ARE NOT BEING SOLD WITH THE CAR. Ive been an eBay member since 1999 and completed millions of dollars in sales and sold to thousands of happy customers. Please check out my brand new store Tarpin&Royce. I am also a classic car collector. Here is one from my collection. Usually everything looks much better in photos. Not this vehicle. As much as I tried I wasn't able to show exactly what I have for sale, especially on the interior. After several years of hard work and endless hours I finished restoring my Mercedes. The result is this: A 1 of a kind W108 and I stand behind my statement. Purchased the vehicle in 2008. Ive owned it for 7 years and I invested a Rolls Royce in my Mercedes. For those of you that ever completed a restoration, would know how much it costs and how hard it is, especially in the recent years with all parts doubled in price. Here is what was done. This Mercedes has 49000 miles on it. It has a very strong engine that runs like a clock. I drove the vehicle from Los Angeles to Las Vegas and kept 80-90 miles per hour for 4 hours. The engine got better and better on the road. The vehicle was stripped and painted fully. No signs of rust. The paint was completed in Orange County by a reputable shop. The previous owner sold the car to me already painted. After spending $10000 on the paint his project came to an end and I took over paying him a lots of money for the car, because of the immaculate paint job and a car with sunroof, SEL and a floor shifter. It has a transmission that shift like a new car. Its been rebuilt. The burl walnut was completed by the best, Madera Concepts and every piece of wood in the car was done. The steering was the most expensive piece in the car which was hand carved from a scratch by the well known Marc Wallach in New York. It took a year for the gentleman to finish the wood and than by cooperating with Madera, they were able to match all colors. The cost? You DO NOT WANT TO KNOW. Most 280SEL cars do not come with leather interiors. My vehicle has leather from door panels to seats and to even the panels by the foot rests. Nothing in the vehicle is vinyl not even the door caps. Original Mercedes leather from GAHH automotive would be the only option for my car. All window regulators and motors were replaced to brand new and original from Irvine classic center. All buttons and door locks as well. Door handles were restored and dyed. Chrome polished to perfection. When you get in to my car it takes you back to 1972. The interior color, especially under sun light is breath taking. The stereo was refurbished by Becker center and a AUX input was added so that I would have my music but an original stereo would remain. All speakers were replaced to INFINITI and without cutting anything. We simply found the right sizes. Now I have a high quality sound without touching the original look and feeling. New carpet kit with matching trunk mat on top of the brand new original mat. New headliner and all sunroof seals and rubber. Sunroof fully serviced and lubed. All door, windshield and trunk seals replaced. All footstep and door jam rubber as well. New Hankook white walls with original hubcaps. The hood received a new pad. The original gas thank can be found in the trunk, inside the spare. My AC stopped working after the car was parked for about 6 months and I saw a bit of a leak from the power steering. After 6 years of work and much more investment than I planned I decided to leave the work for the next owner. I'm very busy with my new business and cannot invest time into it. This vehicle is really 1 of a kind and every critic agreed on that. You cannot compare my vehicle to anything that sold or is out there to price it. I priced it according to what I have. I can assure you that you will not see anything like this again since I'm not doing this again. Also I forgot to mention about 100 other items that were done and replaced. I suggest buyers to obtain a 3rd party inspection because after the deal is done it is done and thats how I conduct business. Im a perfectionist and you are getting a perfect vehicle but some of us are may have higher standards. Thank you for looking
