2005 Mercedes-Benz CLK55 AMG Rare 2005 Coupe w/ Factory Quad Exhaust 67,300 mi. 5.5L V8 362HP Car has clear title. Never damaged, Never wrecked, Never painted, etc. Car is 100% original. Power seats Power head rest Updated 2009+ CLK Grille Clear side markers Carbon Fiber Vinyl Wrap on roof 20% Window tint on windows. 30% on windshield. Car is in excellent condition all around. Only known issues are the slight scratch next to front passenger side head lamp, and the Washer fluid bottle which apparently has a leak of some sort. Front Passenger side wheel has slight curb rash. Please read the description fully and ensure that you can meet the obligations of this auction before bidding. This car is less than 20 years old and it has not been Maryland State Inspected, therefore it can only be sold to a non-Maryland resident. This car has been a good find. Despite having so many miles (268K), the diesel engine runs strong and gets great gas mileage. The diesel has the power to move the heavy benz when you want to get up and run, while still getting 25mpg. Gotta love a good diesel! The car was well-maintained before I got it. There is a tear on the driver's seat in the most common place near the elbow and a dark mark on the driver's headrest (see pics), but other than that the interior and seat are in good condition. From the outside the car looks like a BENZ, strong lines and a timeless style that keeps the car looking fantastic even though it's pushing 20 years old. The most glaring problem is the small patch of rust on the driver's door. The paint seal must have been broken, maybe a scratch a long time ago started it (see pics). There is also a small ding on the driver's side rear. The driver's side mirror has been converted from electric to manual. The heat and radio work like they're supposed to. The A/C, I don't know. It doesn't blow cold now, but it might just need a charge, I'll update when I find out. I have driven the car about 1000 miles, but I never keep a vehicle very long. I work for the family-owned dealership, so I pick up trade-ins from new car dealerships that I think are interesting, but I can only keep them so long, and it is time to let this one go. This car with 120K miles on it sells for 5 - 6 grand, but I understand 268K is a long way from 120K. The engine runs perfect, despite the mileage, and the car was kept clean.Since we have a dealership, you have the option of getting a 60-day temp tag when you buy, making you street legal immediately. To issue the temp tag, you need to bring a valid driver's license, proof of insurance and an extra $35 (MVA cost for issuing the tag).
