I bought this several years ago with the intent of a Latin American road trip for a year or more. Plans have changed. This unit has had extensive recent work by Couch Offroad in Denver to get the little bugs out of it. Goes down the road at 65 pulled by a powerful but thrifty turbo diesel . Driving is easy with the six speed transmission, with no range shifting necessary. The camper has a elevated bed platform, shower, water heater, stove, refrigerator, solar panel to charge deep cycle batteries, water tanks, chemical toilet, pull-out table, closet, sink and plenty of shelving and storage compartments. Has a marine type ship-shore electrical panel. The paint is badly faded, seat covers have some rips, there is minor water damage in the ceiling. The windows in the camper have some fogging from sitting. There are a few very MINOR rust spots on fenders and under doors. Tachometer does not work. Miles in listing header are converted from kilometers as appear on the meter. This needs a bit of TLC from someone who has time. It is a great vehicle - I just bought a house that needs some fixing and there are only so many things I can do at once.. It may also be possible to install some other AC, but that has not been researched. 2) Highway mileage on a recent trip from Colorado to Nevada and return averaged about 13+ MPG 3) Engine is an OM 364LA, turbocharged 4-cylinder diesel, approximately 3.9 Liter displacement.
