More recently however, I moved here from California (title is in my name and is issued by California) and started to experience rough idles on cold starts. Issues compounded to now include engine surges and rough vibrating motions at low speeds or at stopped lights. Accelerating vehicle causes hissing sound to appear. Check engine light is on. Vehicle clearly needs servicing and repairs by a good mechanic. Given these issues, I'm looking for a best offer on the vehicle which, despite the latter issues, has many good parts, e.g. fairly new tires, motor etc. Buyer should expect to receive vehicle as is. If you are looking for a fixer upper, this Mazda may be right for you.
