This RX7 has been my personal car and daily driver since 1994. It has been all over the country and never presented any major problems. Over the years I have corrected many of the chronic problems found in the RX7. About 2 years ago the rear rotor on the motor finally gave up. I parked it with the idea of installing a new short block but medical problems prevented that and I now realize as I reach 70 I will never get to do it. When parked everything worked with the exception of the AM side of the radio and the fuel level sending unit. I had replaced the fuel pump shortly before the engine gave up and the unit was old and rusty. It is just time to replace it. I have an affection for this car, they really are a blast to drive, so I would like it to go to someone that will put it back on the road. I could not bring myself to scrap it. It is just too good to do that. Plus, you simply never see one on the road now. They have become very rare. I am not even going to try to list all the new parts. The car comes with many new and used spares, the accumulation of 20 years. The vehicle is worth much more than the asking price in parts alone. I hope it will not end up as a parts car though.
